Thanks for your channel and for leaving your videos up. After seeing your oil pump episodes, I’m planning on changing mine in my 2011 Ram’s 5.7 Hemi, to extend its life. It only has 120,000 kilometres on it. All the best with your future endeavours.
Thank you for all your time invested. I learned a lot, I was entertained, and exposed to new ideas. I wish you all the best. Go enjoy your time with your family and friend!
Dude I really appreciate the info I've learned from watching your channel and the honesty of why you are stepping away even though you don't owe anyone an explanation. I hope you get to enjoy the time with your family, friends and hobbies
Hey Sky. Thanks for inspiring me to do things on my own and teaching me many things about fixing and modifying my ride. Greatly appreciate your help and efforts throughout the years and wish you all the best for your future ahead. I appreciate the sacrifices you have made to teach me and karma will give it back in its own cleaver way.
Just wanna say thank you for the hard work and dedication you put into all your videos. I definitely learned a lot about hemi's, and it's thanks to your videos that I was able to finish my 1st hemi rebuild. You're reasons and motivations being your decision are absolutely valid. Best of luck, and thanks for all the knowledge!!
You are the best education for my 2016 Ram 5.7 hemi. I will miss your awesome way of providing the insights that we all needed. Will miss you so much!! I would love to bring my truck to you to fix the issues the manufacturer did to this truck. Will miss you!!!!!
I've learned more about the 5.7 in my grand cherokee from you than I have from any other source. I suffered from the Hemi lifter failure a few years back and was able to fix it and rebuild the top end of the motor in my garage thanks to your videos. That Jeep is still running well over 40k miles later!
Amazing how may people you replied too. Awesome channel and always great content. Bummed to see you go. But I’m glad you’re putting family first. Good luck buddy.
All the right reasons! Thank you for all the amazing content! Loving the way you explain and show your work and I’m sure I’ll be returning more than once to this channel. Go build those bikes and spend time with family and friends❤
Thanks for all the valuable information you've provided. Your videos gave me the confidence to fix my hemi lifter tick problem. You have saved me thousands of $$$$$!!! I am very greatful!
Thanks for all your hard work and the fact that you shared so much of your life with us. Good luck with whatever you do from here on and it will probably be successful as well.
You're going to be sorely missed. Your hemi videos were by far the best how to vids on RUclips. Again, thanks for everything and hopefully we'll see you again in the future.
Thank you for all the hemi content, education, testing. Found your channel after buying my first hemi and learning about lifter ticks and oil pump replacement options. Over time been watching all your videos. Sad to see ya go but wish ya the best. Thank you
Looking forward to concluding videos on Magnum build. Your videos were very well done and provided a great amount of information for me working on my Hemi powered car project. How fast time flies by… life and works gets so busy and without realizing it so much we miss. It’s impossible to recapture the days we lost but you can make the most out of it going forward. Wish you and the family the best. 🧰🔧🚗 🏍️
Man I appreciate you! , I went to a local school when I discovered your channel and your inspiration allowed me to go as far as to prove so many people wrong about the hemi platform especially the early gen III I even went as far to use my 03 ram 1500 as a test bed to see how well the eagle heads with stock gaskets would work and man she's a trooper , can feel the jump in power the heads do compared to my 300c. thanks to you I've managed to save over 5 hemi in the las Vegas area that are really strong and rebuilt them all from the crank My 07 300c ,03 Ram 1500 , 06 charger r/t , and next up my most long waited car my 05 magnum r/t , as well as going as far to do big swaps like a 15 srt 6.4 into a 05 300c I made a new page called west coast hemis to show the work I'm doing and hopefully build a shop out here soon enough Thank you so much and I am the Mopar guy of the west coast area! :]
gonna miss your videos but I do understand. I work as an underground miner and pulled wrenches after work and ran into the very same issue. no time for myself or my family. Happy trails man. Cheers
Thank you for all the incredible videos! I discovered your channel a year or two ago and loved every one. I wish you success in all your new endeavors.
Man, you helped me through rebuilding my hemi in my challenger just 3 weeks ago, i used a melling hv pump, and swapped the cam out over a weekend after it started ticking, you saved me a ton of time and money.
I learned a lot from watching your channel and I'm sure I'll learn even more as I watch your back catalog of videos in the coming years. Thank you so much for creating them! Enjoy your family and your life in general.
Sorry to see you go but congrats on the move forwar, and big thanks on helping me fix my 06 magnum SRT8 with the hemi tic. Got it fix in the back yard during winter in 12 hours thank to your informative videos. Wagon had 154,000 miles at failure and now has 168,000 miles running strong. Thanks again champ
You will never, ever, for one second regret this decision to spend time with your family and give yourself the opportunity to do other things. Thank you for all your hard work.
Life is short. Live it how you want and need to. Your channel was a big part of my inspiration and a fantastic learning platform I still share if someone talks about wanting to dive into the hemi themselves. I appreciate what you've done for sure. Good luck with all your other ventures (I got oil stains on my Reignited t-shirt😢 changing an oil pressure sensor lol)
I've enjoyed your RUclips channel, Sky! You have a gift for making videos that are informative, entertaining, and easy to watch. That will be missed. Wishing you the best as you go through the next chapters of your life.
Damn, I just discovered your videos, been binge watching them for a week now and now I learn that you're leaving. What a bummer. Thanks for the valuable info
Omg, you've help me, someone who has a Master's criminal justice, whose life was completely in the field or in a computer, and inspired me to tare apart my engine and rebuild it. I want to thank you so much for that time. You've been a blessing to many. Even life changing! I honor your decision and I support it. Just know that all you've put into this universe and to this community, you're getting it back 10x. Luv u and thank you❤❤💯 you'll do fine in all of your endeavors
Thanks so much for all your great info over the time. The knowledge you have passed on has made us rich with intellectual gold and gemstones!💎All the best of luck and enjoyment for the future, cheers from Australia 🥂🍻
Thank you so much for your instructional videos..great stuff...as a retired tech, like you, bikes cars trucks what ever you got...that's me too! All the best to you going forward!! God Bless!
Best of luck to you! I will totally miss your very well and detailed perspective on things, but glad to have the info that you have shared with us all. I look forward to keeping my 5.7 running for a very long time, and your videos have helped me be a better caretaker for my 06 Daytona.
I wish you nothing but the best in whatever is next for you. I really enjoyed learning from you. I'm sure I speak for us all. Thank you for the content you have brought us.
I don't comment hardly ever on RUclips, but seeing you go definitely stings. But as a father myself, I understand completely wanting to spend what time you have with your daughter and family. But I want to thank you for the content you have given and confidence you gave me to rebuild the hemi in my Power Wagon and all the other little tidbits you've helped the mopar community with over the years. Cheers Mate!
As everyone has already said, your content has been great and your ability to teach clearly and humbly is much appreciated. I don't even have a hemi (2 jeeps and durango all with the 3.6) but, like you, I love engines and working on things in general and you come across a genuine dude. I've always loved music and I picked up the guitar about 4 years ago at 39. It's a slow grind, at least for me, but I started taking lessons a little over a year ago and it has made a big difference in my knowledge of music theory and how things fit together. Take note of your small accomplishments along the way and stick with it. It's rewarding when you make it over a hurdle. And if you need another hobby, Strats make a great place to start building your own guitars with all the aftermarket bodies, necks, and parts out there! My kids will be out the door a couple of years after yours; enjoy those last years and pack in some fun! Best wishes.
You already see my future 😄. I love watching people build guitars, looks like a lot of fun and I want to try my hand at it. Normally I'm useless with wood, but I'll try my best! And definitely looking to take lessons, I've tried learning on my own and i'm not disciplined enough to stick with it unless I'm paying for lessons lol.
Family first always. Thanks for all the quality videos and information! And a big thanks for not leaving us hanging on the Magnum. We need closure.... lol
Thanks for all the videos you have made, your videos helped me rebuild my Hemi that had lifter failure. It is one of the biggest accomplishments I’ve ever had and now my truck runs great. Going to miss your content! Best wishes going forward!
Thank you very much for the content you have created for us. Although I'm sad to see you go, I'm glad you were here. Your challenger build helped me cam my challenger. Your 300 engine rebuild series helped me rebuild my truck motor. And all of it gave me confidence to tackle a stroker build/ swap. I just finished it up and I'm tuning it myself. I posted an idle clip if you care to check it out. Thanks again man. I hope you enjoy the time you get with your family and if you need any help with the guitar please ask!
Going to miss your videos. Funny thing about the bikes is, it was part of why I started watching your channel so I would have loved to see them on the builds. But I would never suggest you change your mind, like others have said family comes first. Thank you for ending well and bring closure on the Magnum, too. Much respect and many thanks.
I don't know how to express hiw grateful I am to you for all your videos. A while back I bought a charger rt and spun a bearing. All with absolutely zero mechanical experience. Thanks to your videos and advice I've not only rebuilt it and am dropping it back in today, I've met some amazing people because of it and found a love for working on my car. Wish you all the best! Much love man❤
You will be sorely missed, but also get it that you need to spend more time with your family. I'll say thanks to you for all the knowledge you have shared with us concerning our gen 3 hemi engines and other related things, and I've found this info quite useful. Family 1st, look after you, too. Wishing you all the best in the future and life in general, and hang in there!
Darn, hate to see you go but I completely understand. I came to your videos for advice when I needed help with my challenger, thank you so much. Thank you for all your hard work and efforts for us.
Thanks for the great content and energy you've brought to this space! I'm excited for the final chapter of the Magnum and happy to hear you're going to be enjoying life.
Thank you so much for your content. I really enjoyed your channel. Good luck in your future and take care of that family. Your kids are off on their own. before you know it.
My brother sky I'm saddened that you are leaving the channel but you have taught me and people all around this how to fix these motors tear them down rebuilding and troubleshooting thank you from the bottom of my heart hopefully some days in the future you'll post some more videos enjoy your family that's the most important thing I just hope my cancer that I have right now I will survive you in my heart would like a friend I'll miss you dude and God bless you
I just found your channel about a month ago when I bought a noisy Hemi. You do a great job of helping us understand these engines and hopefully your knowledge can help countless others
I hate to see you go, but I completely understand. You've helped take the plunge in building my 5.7 swapped Jeep JK 2door. I was scared on diving into a used hemi to build for my Jeep because so many people make them seem so complicated but you helped me see they're fairly simple. So thank you. To bad you weren't on the east coast.
@@ReignitedAuto yeah I've enjoyed your projects. I was already thinking of hemi swapping my 02 neon 5 speed long before you brought it up. I've thought about starting my own channel but I don't have the time to work on my bikes and cars let alone youtube. So I totally understand where you are coming from. My kids are grown I spent my family time already now it's my time. Let's find a way to stay in touch and if you ever get back down to Texas would like to meet up and grab a bite and just talk cars bikes and life. I'll be coming up that way next year at some point. We are planning on taking an Alaskan cruise for our 25th anniversary.
Good luck in your life journey. Have fun with your Fam. Life is too short and can’t spend that time away from your family. If you feel like posting something in the future we will be here to see it.
I am eternally grateful for your help with my third hand hemi. The channel has been a great inspiration and help. Thank you. I pray GOD Blesses your family and you enjoy your family future.
I can’t thank you enough for the information I’ve been given through your channel. As a Hemi owner I have a vested interest in prolonging the health and life of my Ram. Peace ✌🏼
Sad to see you go bud. You helped me a few years ago when I rebuild my first hemi in the driveway my family thought I was nuts but I pulled it off with your videos in my tool box. Thank you again for all the amazing memories and a wealth of information some pay thousands for! I hope every future endeavor you face comes with easy as the millions that you have helped with your videos had an amazing guide and mentor. Thanks again for all of the hard work and go kick ass with your family and new beginnings!
Thank you so much!!! I have nothing but gratitude for all your content, it has been extremely helpful with my own project of rebuilding my hemi. Thank you again and enjoy every minute you spend with your family, building your bikes and learning the guitar!!
If anyone understands it's going to be you 👍. It's a shame we are opposite sides of the country, would have been nice to meet up at some point. Maybe someday we still can. 👊
Awesome honesty! Thanks so much for all your content, and for inspiring me to push through some challenging projects on my Gen3 swapped Dakota. Enjoy your family and friends, and the blessings you have.God Bless and learn that guitar!!
Really appreciate all your videos. Us, the non-mechanic/Hemi owners that are experiencing or have experienced the hemi tick don’t t have a lot of good resources out there. At least not many that are as informative and clear as your content. I’m actually in the process right now of changing my lifters and cam for my 2014 5.7 RAM… yep the tick got me. Think I’ll also upgrade the oil pump to Melling 10452HV… the one you’ve recommended on your videos.
And thank you to you too.. I have recommended your videos to many folks with hemis. As I'm a Moparian your content has been very educational and totally respect your decision with family values. 😊
Sky! You’re a great RUclipsr, and amazing contributor to the MOPAR community. Thank you so much for your informative videos, you’ve inspired me and many others to work on their own cars and take on big projects. Best of luck with your future, I wish you nothing but the best for you!!!
Thanks for all your information! Just did the 5.7 -6.4 camshaft upgrade. Your how to was the best there is! Made it easy! Much appreciated! I tell everyone to check your videos out! Good luck brother!
I personally have learned so much from you. You gave me the motivation to tackle my Hemi. I have mostly worked on Chevy and had a “fear” of working on a dodge. Because of you I performed work I could not afford to pay someone to do. You definitely left a mark on me. Thank you very much!!
Thank you for all of the information, time and hard work you've given us. I wish you the best in your future endeavors and enjoy your time with the family.
I’d like to join the chorus of thank-yous as well. Three years ago I bought a used 2009 Charger out of state and literally the minute I got it home it misfired and started ticking. It was the typical cam/lifter issue as I surmised from spending the weekend researching on RUclips. Thanks to you and your channel, I was able to do the work myself. I took my time, was meticulous, saved a ton of money, and had a blast doing it. I still drive the car today, with no issues. It sounds like you’re winding things up for all the right reasons. I wish you all the best of luck, happiness, and good fortune.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. My Ram Betty thanks you. Her Hemi has been going strong thanks to your help.
Appreciate you watching and I'm happy she's running good!
Thanks for your channel and for leaving your videos up. After seeing your oil pump episodes, I’m planning on changing mine in my 2011 Ram’s 5.7 Hemi, to extend its life. It only has 120,000 kilometres on it. All the best with your future endeavours.

Thank you for providing an invaluable resource on the hemi engine
Thank you for watching!
Family should always come first. You’re making the right choice. Hate to see you go, but understand the decision.
Definitely appreciate it!
Dude I really appreciate the info I've learned from watching your channel and the honesty of why you are stepping away even though you don't owe anyone an explanation. I hope you get to enjoy the time with your family, friends and hobbies
I appreciate that!
Thank you so much!
Just wanna say thank you for the hard work and dedication you put into all your videos. I definitely learned a lot about hemi's, and it's thanks to your videos that I was able to finish my 1st hemi rebuild. You're reasons and motivations being your decision are absolutely valid. So excited to build the bikes! 👍
Thank you for your service!
One request: could you do one update post/video/smoke signal after 80k+ miles with the high volume pump on the 392?
I'd love to see that many miles on it! 😄
Thanks for all the valuable information you've provided. Your videos gave me the confidence to fix my hemi lifter tick problem. You have saved me thousands of $$$$$!!! I am very greatful!

Dang sucks to see you go but thank you! You provide the knowledge for me to perform my own cam swap on my hemi ❤️💯

Man I appreciate you! , I went to a local school when I discovered your channel and your inspiration allowed me to go as far as to prove so many people wrong about the hemi platform especially the early gen III I even went as far to use my 03 ram 1500 as a test bed to see how well the eagle heads with stock gaskets would work and man she's a trooper , can feel the jump in power the heads do compared to my 300c.
thanks to you I've managed to save over 5 hemi in the las Vegas area that are really strong and rebuilt them all from the crank

Really appreciate your longtime support my man!

Totally get that. Thank you for supporting me!
I just found your channel about a month ago when I bought a noisy Hemi. You do a great job of helping us understand these engines and hopefully your knowledge can help countless others
Appreciate it!
Scott would love to stay in touch because we do have a few things in common including the love of neon's and motorcycles.
Neon's, Motorcycles and Hemis Oh my! 😄👍
Thank you!
Can you PLEASE keep your 5.7 Hemi engine rebuild series up and active? We use them to reference the lifter and cam replacements
Yep, whole channel will stay up, just won't be posting new videos 👍
Happy for you getting to spend more time with family. Lots of great knowledge out there for others!
Thanks for giving me perspective on what this means in the grand scheme of things 👍
I am eternally grateful for your help with my third hand hemi. The channel has been a great inspiration and help. Thank you.
I pray GOD Blesses your family and you enjoy your family future.
Appreciate it my man, you'll have that 392 back together in no time!
THANKS for everything. Sad to see you go, but as you put it... It's for all the right reasons. I wish you luck
Thank you for watching!
I can’t thank you enough for the information I’ve been given through your channel. As a Hemi owner I have a vested interest in prolonging the health and life of my Ram. Peace ✌🏼
Thank you for watching!
Thank you I appreciate it!
Family is most important. Thanks for all of your work. We will all be here if you decide to come back. God bless you!
Thanks man!
It’s definitely a grind man! Going to miss your deep dives on some of these tech issues!
👊
Really appreciate all your videos. Us, the non-mechanic/Hemi owners that are experiencing or have experienced the hemi tick don’t t have a lot of good resources out there. At least not many that are as informative and clear as your content.
I’m actually in the process right now of changing my lifters and cam for my 2014 5.7 RAM… yep the tick got me.
Think I’ll also upgrade the oil pump to Melling 10452HV… the one you’ve recommended on your videos.
Best decision ever! Tons of luck and thanks for all the fantastic content.
Thank you!
And thank you to you too.. I have recommended your videos to many folks with hemis. As I'm a Moparian your content has been very educational and totally respect your decision with family values. 😊
Appreciate it!
Sorry to see you leave RUclips. I enjoyed to see your wealth of knowledge on all your videos. And yes FAMILY IS EVERYTHING!!👍🏽…Aloha🤙🏽🤙🏽
Thank you so much!
Sky! You’re a great RUclipsr, and amazing contributor to the MOPAR community. Thank you so much for your informative videos, you’ve inspired me and many others to work on their own cars and take on big projects. Best of luck with your future, I wish you nothing but the best for you!!!
Really appreciate it!
Appreciate it!
I totally understand why you decided to do this, thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge with us. Go enjoy life man.
Appreciate it!
Great channel, good luck on your projects and desires. Maybe I will see you down in OR sometime.
👊
I have enjoyed watching your videos. Good luck with your future endeavors, enjoy the family time, and learn that guitar 🎸
I'm going to do my best, guitar seems tougher than advanced electrical diagnosis 😄
