We love you, man! Thanks for checking in
Hey thanks I appreciate it!
RIP MOPAR. We’re seeing the end of days boys. #ThankYouTim
I don't think that is true. There is a much bigger falling out that is coming involving the governments and a lot of bad people that were pushing there version of global order. These bad people are from the spiritual dark side and did a lot of evil.
They had major tyrannical plans in limiting everybody's freedoms using false reasons like climate change for one and they were going to push societies into 15 minute cities and EV's and taxed by the mile and vehicle leasing instead of ownership and on and on.
If you know about real biblical prophecy and not the infiltrated sleepy church systems version, then you would know that the present Babylonian beast system is about to receive it's deadly wound and everything will be made known. There is nesara and gesara coming in a long with newer quantum systems that will be taking over. Like a whole new quantum world monetary system so that the secret societies and the bad people will lose ALL their power. Real wealth will return to the people. It's going to be shocking and a surprise for the good people. I could say a lot more but shouldn't.
Really feels weird to be witnessing the end of an era.
I know Tim in a professional way, have spoken with him monthly for the last several years. Back in December I was talking to him and Ralph Gilles at an event, and Tim shook his head and said, "The electrics aren't going to work, nobody wants them and we don't have the infrastructure. None of us want to build them. It's going to be like the housing bubble all over again. When it doesn't work, the government is going to hold hearings and point fingers at us for forcing people to buy these cars we knew wouldn't work, because the government doesn't take the blame for anything. I'm not gonna' be here when that happens." Adding to that, Ralph smiled and said, "I don't think any of us are going to be here for that!" So, watch for Ralph Gilles to be the next big card to fall.
Very interesting!
They are dismantling the brand. The French are shutting Dodge and Chrysler down, keeping Jeep and the truck line.
Can't disagree with you
Correct.
Just sitting here with my Reignited shirt on wishing there was a new video to watch...... well low and behold!!!
I like to keep you on your toes Tom Lol!
It’s a crazy place Tim is in but I feel a lot of people Thank him for his contribution to Muscle car power thank you sky for dropping in!
Thanks man!
It’s nice to see you again man 👏
Appreciate it!
I think you’re spot on 👍
Thanks for watching my man!
Welcome back, Tim certainly had a good run
Tough to end on a low note, but then again he wouldn't have left if it was going well.
He was forces out. They said this what we want get with it or you won't have a place here. An unfortunately with the route things are going mopar will not be a top contender much longer. An with the one they have in leadership it's not gonna change. Unfortunately. I'm a huge mopar chrysler guy. Thank you for your service Tim. Glad to see a video out from you sky. Hope you are able to enjoy your time with your family.
Appreciate it my man!
Great video man. And Thank you Tim and everyone that made cars fun again. If even it was for a short time.
It really was a golden era!
Welcome back sky hope to see more of you in the future and here's an update I'm doing chemotherapy and radiation therapy can't wait to see your next videos
Stay strong my man!
Thanks for the video! 😊 It’s always nice to see you. Hope you are feeling better soon.
Good to see a video and update! I am not sure if Tim bailed, or was forced out, but I think it was a good move to distance himself. CDJR is in deep trouble and almost everyone knows it. Sad, but true!
Glad you are enjoying family time, but sorry to hear about your nerve issue! I feel your pain. Was diagnosed with MS in early January. Lost use of my left arm for 3 months and couldn't work. Extremely hard to weld/fabricate one handed. Can use my arm again, but still can't feel my hands.
That's really unfortunate my man I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you're able to regain some more functionality soon!
Missed you. Saturday mornings aren't the same, glad you've been able to get back to family time.
Appreciate it my man!
What? No drama? 😢. Looking forward to seeing the Magnum up and running 👍
Dude, this thing is properly quick right now 😳 😄. I will definitely give you a ride in it, it's pretty fun 👍
Love the video keep checking in once in a while.
Will do
Glad to see you are back!
Not really back, but I had to make a video about this!
You don’t have to stress about making regular videos. Just make one when you feel like it . We will be here 👍

Thanks for the update! Glad you are doing good! Heal up and have fun! See you soon.
Thanks man!
So glad to see you, and that you are enjoying time with family. Sorry that you are injured, but I'm sure you will get though it.
As for Tim, you're probably right about him being released. Stalantis being as you described, it's probably a bit of a mutual separation. But we, being outside looking in, just don't know for sure what happened.
Look forward to seeing updates on the Magnum and hoping you do well at the Redwood Rally.
Appreciate it my man! Yep, we'll get through this and get back to work, can't wait to drive at the rally this year, should be much better results!
thanks for the video, glad your doing great.
Thanks man!
Really nice to see you again! Best!!

Great to see you are back with the video thing. Enjoy your channel.
Not quite back, but I couldn't resist talking about this!

I'll keep checking in periodically, appreciate the kind words!
Thanks for the upload. I love the wheels.
Appreciate it! I definitely think they fit the car a lot better.
Agree. Worried to. Also, not going to lie, but miss watching your videos. Feel better and hope you are healing sooner than later Sky.
Thanks man, good to hear from you!
Thanks for the video without the drama
I have no room in my life for drama LOL, appreciate you watching!
Nice to see a video
Thanks! I figure I'll drop in every now and then
Sorry to hear about the neck, you can be honest "At work" meant stabbing the go-baby-go pedal in the magnum or the c10 :)
Since almost the beginning, seems like Dodge has had issues with people trying to tell them what to do. I can't think of another brand that has had more owners, and for better or worse, is why I think the Hemi and the LX/LC/LD platform lasted so long. If they had a reliable management structure, they probably would have had a clean sheet design of the Hemi, and of the platform. When you have even trucks and SUVs with aluminum block engines, it is unfortunate that the Hemi is still a cast iron mill. But, I'm positive the engineers in Auburn Hills (Or wherever they are now) did the absolute best they could with whatever measly budget the frequent new owners gave them.
If you do plan on switching manufacturers, in my book, the LS architecture is far closer to the Hemi than the Coyote. (I own both a Coyote and a LS, and used to own a Hemi). The (relative) simplicity of the Hemi is similar in the LS. The coyote is, tech wise, a whole different ball game.
I saw those wheels and though, wow those look nice, did Sky have those on the magnum before? I think the classic 5-spoke works well on so many vehicles.
Re: Kuniskis, I'll be honest, I don't follow the management structure all that much, but I don't see a manufacturer out there that is looking to continue the muscle car legacy (Sadly). Yes, We have the Dark Horse Mustang, and the C8, but that are both relatively new, and I haven't heard about much of a successor. I've read that the development cycle for a vehicle has been tightened to 2.5 years on average, and I would not be surprised if manufacturers are waiting on the sidelines to see what happens in November, since the results of the elections will impact what type of powerplants are mandated (Perhaps I should say "Strongly encouraged"). It would appear that the market has spoken, and the backlog of EVs have indicated that for whatever reason (Price, power, range anxiety, lack of infrastructure, blah blah blah) people have scaled back.
Me personally, I would love to see a resurgence of the mid 80's through mid 2000's silliness. Lots of hot-hatches/sedans/coupes from everyone. Omni GLH Turbo, Daytona, Conquest/Starion, 3000GT, Eclipse GSX, Dodge Spirit, Cavalier Z24, Grand Prix GTP, Beretta GTZ/GTU, Fiero GT, Probe GT [A stretch, I know], Escort GT, Concor SVT... All of those got quite respectable gas mileage, were cheap, and while not blazingly fast, were still plenty quick and were in some ways "Moddable". Yes, you have modern interpretations but they are no longer affordable performance. I'd like to see smaller/lighter/cheaper and yeah I'd be fine with slower also, for something fun for a new driver to pick up used in a few years and generally fart around with it like you (Sky) and I did back when we were cutting our teeth with cars. Hard to do that with a 5 year old hot hatch still fetching somewhere around $30k.
And yeah, quality now is a joke, whether we're talking jet airplanes or cars. Seems like almost every brand out there has problems with cam phasers, Dodge & GM have MDS/AFM issues, Dodge has soft cams, oil-lubricated belts in Fords, Recalled transmissions, etc... Definitely sounding like an old fart here, but one has to wonder how much better it is to throw all this troublesome tech in an effort to save 2 mpg, when you have to throw out cam phasers, lifters, walnut-blast intake valves, high-pressure fuel pumps, EGR coolers, particulate traps, etc... every 50k miles. Whereas a non-AFM LS, a pre-2009 Hemi/360/Ford 5.0/5.8 port fuel injected engine, will happily run well past 150k miles with basic maintenance and no throwing out parts (Nor manufacturing new ones).
Haha, it's crazy man. I hurt it by installing a t-case back into a 3500, something I've done a thousand times before, but somehow this time was different. So stupid.
I personally would LOVE to see some hot hatches being designed again, but I feel like people just don't care about cars anymore like we do. They just want their box to take them to work and back. It's really sad.
@@ReignitedAuto It is terrible. "Driving appliances" basically. A means to an end. Very few now care about the mechanical side of it, and "modding" is now more about themes/skins on infotainment screens and what color you wrapped your car with.
I remember when a family member in law lamented having purchased a Camaro because his friend's Civic had "a cooler display". Now I'm not saying one is cooler than the other, but the point being the deciding factor came down to a head unit!
Man we've all been there. Swapped the diff in my former 03 SRT4 with a quaife from a 2005. Dropped the diff, and my hand became the meat in the diff-floor sandwich. Yowsy that hurt, should have got stiches but that's what electrical tape and popsicle sticks are for (I blew open my knuckle).
Happy to see you Skye! ZERO % chance TK voluntarily retired - he was forced out. It's over for the Dodge we all knew and loved. So sad and angry watching this self-inflicted suicide occur right before our very eyes. Final nail in the coffin. Go woke, go broke!!
It feels like they are pouring gasoline all over what's left of the brand? So weird...
Glad you checked in. Take the time with your family, it's more important. I'm not sure if TIm was pushed or if he jumped, but it is a good move for him. I think he'll land somewhere really good and do more good things. He knows that the brand that he helped to build is not going in a good direction. I'm surprised he didn't "retire" sooner. I wouldn't buy Stellantis stock in the foreseeable future. Guessing that there is going to be a pretty healthy sell off starting on Monday.
I'm with you on that
Wonderful surprise to see this notification!
Good to see you again!
What's up Skye, hope you and the Family are doing great!!
Appreciate it my man, family is doing great!
Tim's retirement was announced on the NHRA coverage of the Route 66 Nationals yesterday.
Shame your shutting down. Probably your best video.
Appreciate it!
I think you hit the nail right on the head, good to see you my friend 👍😁
Good to hear from you too!

Thanks man, ya I hope to have a full video on it a little later for you guys. It's getting pretty quick now!
I would like you to continue your videos on both hurricanes as they continue to be used
I'm definitely keen to see how they hold up over time, if I see some interesting trends I'll be posting a video talking about it.
Good to see you dropping back by.
Thanks man!
Hey brother, most glad to hear from you again.
I can't tell you how much your videos have helped me out putting my 5.7 back together.
I need help again, but on the transmission.... I have a whine that is pitch sensitive to the RPMs .
It's not oil pump. I changed it .
Not power steering. I changed that too. The only thing I can think of now, is transmission oil pump.
Is that to hard of a job to do for DIY???
Let me know. Thank you in advance for your response.
What kind of a vehicle are we talking about?

@cembellsteve one thing I might suggest first, pull the serpentine belt off and Rev the engine a bit see if the noise is still prevalent. Not to say it can't be in the trans but we don't want to go to level 10 right away. 👍
@ReignitedAuto
True that!!
Could be simple as idler bearing, or any other rotating item timmed with the RPM's
Thanks,
I will definitely let you know.
@ReignitedAuto OK, I finally got around pulling the belt.
Same whining noise is still present
Sorry to see Tim leave period. Quick question.
I do not run my engine when I put it up for winter until April or May. Is it safe to run my 2021 392 with 5w50 Amsoil engine? When it's really hot and stuck in traffic I see my oil pressure drop to low to mid 20 psi. Had it since new. I don't race it and the only I push it when passing cars. It's an automatic with less than 3k miles. Had it since October of 21. Keep making great vids.
Love the content as always. Hope you decide to keep producing. Recently bought my second Scat Pack and have some questions. Any chance I could pay you for a consultation phone call?
I'm not big on phone calls, but if you want to email me sales@reignitedtx.com I can try to answer some questions.
It's sad to see that Dodge is also suffering from these issues. I work in a factory that makes generators, and over my years of experience, it seems like we as a society are in a odd spot. Many of the boomer generation is retiring, and the younger generation isn't fully prepared to step in. Some of that is due to lack of training, some of it is due to lack of corporations willing to spend the time documenting what the outgoing generation knew. Either way, it's not just Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep that is suffering from these quality issues.
No question about it.
I feel like I saw Dodges end coming from a long time ago, hence why I named my user named RemnantSRT. Sad to see Dodge comeback from the 80s with the Caravan and the K series to the SRTs and now nothing. I loved their car designs like my Daytona to the Viper, even the Stratus sedan, and of course the Dodge Ram. Hell even the PT cruiser I was a best seller. I want a PT GT. I think they should of reinvested some of that money into reliability. RiP Mopar.
Definitely feels like Stellantis has been using the brand as a cash grab. Sucks to see where it is now.
Well, alot of what you pointed out makes sense. Especially coming from a guy who has spent almost 14 years working on these cars daily.
I agree, it does look like Stellantis is trying to kill off the brand. I've said it before, and still hope that another manufacturer that is sports car minded, not weenie electric minded will buy the brand. Maybe Mercedes will buy it back and revive it, or porsche....🤔
As for Timmy K.....if you're correct in thinking he will land in another role somewhere still making muscle cars.....well, we can look for him to land at ford sometime then.....lol
I'm not sure there will be anything left for someone else to buy unfortunately! It's quite sad.
If the in line 6 is what they're 'giving' us, who better to do straight 6 performance(aside from Toyota), but porsche........they've been doing 4 cylinder turbos, and I6 for.....50 plus years.
But, if history repeats itself, look back through the late 70's where dodge really had nothing too cool other than the trucks, and ram chargers. Even into the 90's, the only V8's came in 5.2 and 5.9 in the trucks. Then it seemed to turn around when it became Diamler-Chrysler, and that brought back the charger, 300, challenger l, and magnum.
I'm not an Executive but I've been close enough (golf buddies) with Exec's and folk's who report to Executives to know that any Executive that doesn't follow the yellow brick road is in for a difficult time. Tim made Challenger the #1 muscle car of all time which I don't think was in the Chrysler, whatever, Stellantis playbook. Was he forced out? maybe but probably came to a point where he had to sell his sole and reputation or get out. Glad he chose the latter. I'll bet his phone is ringing non stop right now.
Have to agree, I think he'll be in demand for sure.
lol dude cant hold it XD welcome back
It's hard to let go sometimes haha
QUESTION: 07 300C 5.7 Hemi. Recent engine rebuild. MDS was removed. Can I use a heavier weight oil, like 5W30 or 10W30?
You can but it will likely set a code for incorrect engine oil type.
And what is the name and size of the Rims . They look great . And I have that exact magnum . They look great in black and grey rims .

I’m worried about the brand also. I have turned away from Dodge, Ram and bought another brand recently. I do own 3, but they have a horrible lineup and I feel it’s only going to get worse.
Praying for you brother. Why don’t you start your own full time shop? Your a genius 👍
I have definitely thought about it, but that means dealing with people, and people are problematic lol. Cars don't talk and if I never had to deal with the people that own them it would be perfection!
@@ReignitedAuto I hear you and I would have to agree. Keep up the great videos🤙
I think you are personable and could easily adjust to dealing with people. You never have to do jobs you don’t want to do. Also you make money on the parts to. May I suggest a LX body car specialist !?!
@drewscarcare4998 I'll be 100% honest with you. I deal with really bad anxiety, and when do work for someone and talk to them personally, for whatever reason when they leave I have massive anxiety that I somehow screwed something up and it makes me a nervous wreck. But for some reason at work when I don't have direct interaction I trust myself and don't have a problem. I've wanted to start my own shop for a long time, but this has held me back. I suspect I would get past it at some point, the question is would I get past it before my family was traumatized 😂
I hear you on the anxiety thing. I have dealt with my fair share of it myself. To be honest with you I recently stopped being a mobile tech (many reasons). Went to work for someone. I take the blame it did not work out. Will be setting myself up to be mobile again in the near future. Long story there. Since you are young and prolly making good money now I recommend saving and investing as much as you can. Then do only gravy jobs for nice people in that cool home garage you have in your spare time. Be very picky who you work for and what jobs you do. Then go the extra mile on every job. Over time you will get clientele. Also each successful interaction you have will boost your confidence. Even if they are unhappy if you go the extra mile on every job you will know you did your best. That should alleviate some anxiety when it does not work out. Get a legal business license for your area if needed. Get some business insurance. Get a taxpayer id. Make friends with a tax attorney. The whole process is learning. Give yourself space to fail. But learn from any mistakes. But be sure to vet anyone you will work for. Ie: can they pay you-are they a jerk- and so on. There are many people out there that would appreciate you. After you have clientele, experience, and money saved up, you will know if spending the big chunk on a shop will work for you.
Hello, can you please answer this question for me? In my RT 5.7 2018 I put 5w 30 oil in place of the 5w 20. It seems to have fixed any dry starts. Any issues for the long run using this viscosity? I have the MDS disabled. Really appreciate your advice!
Outside of it potentially setting a check engine light for incorrect engine oil viscosity, no I don't foresee any long term issues with this change.
@@ReignitedAuto I have the MDS disabled via a Diablosport tuner, would that eliminate getting any check engine codes?
What a coincidence, i was just briefly looking at cams gor my 6.4 ram 2500 today. Its at 120k and now my paranoia has peaked after hearing what sounded clear as day lifter tink for about 3 seconds. Mind you this was after just driving to the store so it had been running about 20 mins prior. So while you're here you got any suggestions for cams for a truck that does work like towing trailers and hauling stuff? I wouldn't mind some thumpyness but i don't want to change the powerband to be like a race car.
dodge, chrysler, Jeep vehicles are not disapeering from the planet. You'll go out on your own and make a lot more money.
This is true.
The wire harness are to short . Thats why there are unplugged wires . Thats what those other content RUclipsrs are talking about . You should what some of butters last videos .

@@ReignitedAuto thank you
@@ReignitedAuto did you do the oil pressure test like you did with the other models or does it not work on your engine?
@@BrittanyMartin917 I was planning on doing a video about the twin charged Magnum that showed the engine power level, and that's a good point to add the info on how the Melling pump is doing so I'll make sure to put that in. 👍
Dude, you have to post some stuff once and awhile. Moto stuff ?? 🤘🤘
I think I might just for fun, got some bike stuff I'm accumulating parts for right now. This stupid injury means I can't work at all right now.
Sad to see such a cool brand burning out like this. The only brand I’d actually consider buying new with is Toyota everything else seems like a complete headache, not only that but these hybrid and electric vehicles just ain’t it. Dodge is basically becoming like every other brand out there, except the actual models of their vehicles still have that signature sporty Dodge look to them. It will be interesting to see what happens to dodge in the next few years, but unfortunately I am not very hopeful. I can’t foresee an electric challenger with a speaker for an exhaust selling very well but I guess only time will tell.
Have to agree...
I don’t think this will be the end of dodge. I think the failure of the new product line will have leadership resurrecting many of the old ways and claiming them as new.
It's a glass half full opinion, and I hope it's true!
Humble opinion... ICE is going to stick around. The hybrid is working, so they will create a hybrid coupe & sedan with the current Charger EV platform. Also, Stellantis is probably not aware, but the 19 years of Dodge vehicles are going to stay on the road one way or another. You will be getting dozens of people knocking on your door to do work on all these (used) vehicles. I'm NOT giving up my Magnum anytime soon!! I will go to the junkyard and pull parts all day long and will swap a rebuilt motor and tranny into this Magnum until I hit one million miles on the chassis, LOL!!
Also, if you had the choice between Diablo - Trinity 2 Plat and HP Tuners (remote), similar price I think (less tuning cost), which would you choose? I feel like more and more Dodge folks are going with HP Tuners. So many complaints about Diablo Sport loading problems, technical support from Diablo (Holley).
The king is dead, long live the king!
Precisely
hoping for a new neon/caliber/dart to compete with the corolla and civic. but knowing stellantis it probably won't happen
..............especially not after the Dodge Hornet rolling failure. Overpriced junk.
I think people would buy that for sure, you put it at a 25-30K price point and it would sell like hot-cakes. But yes, it won't happen.
I feel like Tim either doesn’t like Stellantis killing off dodge, Chrysler etc. and chose to leave or he tried to keep v8s and such around- as ford and Chevy still are - and they parted ways.
Yep.
What part of Oregon? 😂 I need a mechanic 😂
Central Oregon
Tim was clearly forced out, Stellantis trying to reduce dealerships, Rams are overpriced, dealer lots loaded with new 2023's, 2024,s and now 2025's...50% price increase over the last five years, ...European models doesn't work in North America, Stellantis is going to find that out the hard way...I foresee the North American brand is going to be sold off....
Hate to agree with you, but I do :(
A ghost is speaking on current events. What a strange year, 2024
Boo :)
Maybe Tim K. can go to Chevrolet and bring back the Camaro and make it bada$$. Now that would be cool.
I think it'll be fascinating to see where he ends up!
Also if I may say, as a child of a mopar family born in the 1960’s, the Peugeot folks have pissed off the American people who would buy the brand when they fired the American engineers . Dodge and Chrysler is done. Very sad…
When you say "outdated Durango" what exactly do you mean? #IWasThinkingAboutBuyingA2017RtAWD
Just that by normal automotive cycles the design should have been updated awhile ago. They are really good vehicles with not very many issues 👍
@@ReignitedAuto *Thank you!*
we are fully into the dark ages now! Good bye Dodge, hope you come back one day
My only hope is that generally these things are cyclical, unfortunately it usually takes a couple decades before it come back around and who knows where we'll be then.
@@ReignitedAuto Yup, exactly
Dodge etc is going in the tank quick
Jeep and Ram holding that company together by a shoe lace.
And the shoe lace is sitting on top of a candle...
Tim will go to Ford or GM and create a "Devil Dog" that is 1K HP.
Likely
my belief is he didn't like or agree on the direction Dodge is going and he and the head man were butting heads on it and he just said i'm done . It would be hard to see that everything you did to put some of the most powerful vehicles out and watch it be cut to nothing ..
No question he hated to see what became of all his hard work.
You know full well that they dying and have been for some time. IMO this is due in huge part to trying to maximize profit over quality. The leadership is trying to appease the parent company via sales/profit. This is the crew of lean manufacturing and all of that craziness.
Absolutely
And the so the end of an era
Exactly
I saw a video where someone got into a Hurricane engine and the motor almost died on the test drive. So I like the idea BUT I’m still putting my eggs in the Hemi basket!
I think when there's a new engine on the scene people are very quick to discredit it. I can say that I haven't seen any issues with the hurricanes yet at my job. Actually I take that back I did do a thermostat on a standard output one, but that's it so far. Plus, there's always going to be teething issues on a brand new engine.
The person that really needs to walk away is Ralph Gilles.
I know you were at Taco Bell at 12:45pm
😄 gotta fuel up while testing a new tune on the magnum 👍
Dodge is going back to the 90s
A funny analogy, and yet an accurate one!
I hate stellantis, they literally killed off theirs brands, and to top it off, their parts sourcing is a serious issue when it comes to availability
It's a mess no question
I do not see Stellantis shutting down Chrysler and Dodge. That makes zero business sense. The entire auto industry is going through changes, not just Mopar/Stellantis . Chevrolet will only have one car in 2025 - the Corvette. Everything else is a crossover, SUV or truck. Most do not even have a V8 or V6. Same for Ford. Their only car will be the Mustang. Toyota is also phasing out V8's in favor of smaller turbo engines.
The next 5-10 years are, in my opinion, going to be the most interesting in the automotive industry in the last 50 years.
Carlos T is not for me, how could he be?
I think he was forced out or given an ultimatum
Agreed
It’s very clear Stellantis wants to milk every dollar out of the American brands before shutting them down. Dodge and Chrysler are absolutely done as a brand. Even Jeep has lost the plot under Stellantis. It’s very sad how affordable, fun cars are essentially over. Everything is now just a dull, lifeless cuv box
You're not kidding, whatever happened to style?
DCJR is dead to me.
And I hate that. I hate what they did to that company.
Agreed
Tim K. just might have quit do to all the bad leadership ? The French PSA ownership wants yes men as they continue their mad rush to destroy what was left of Chrysler Corp. Hari Kari comes to mind ! Not to mention the rust issues that have become serious !
That's what is so weird about all of this, the dismantling of the brand feels so intentional. It's like, if you wanted to kill the brand why did you buy it?
If this is true, thed head guy , (Taveres ) ? gives himself a huge raise,???? lays off thosands of people, & the dodge brand was the one MAKING ALL THE MONEY. Very sad, thanks Carlos for nothing. Pay tback time is coming. You really deserve it
Dodge as a brand is over. It's done. Doesn't take much to figure it out.
I would love to disagree, but I can't
@ReignitedAuto I am a life long mopar junkie. I was wrenching on mopars before I even had a drivers license. The Dodge brand is over.
I can tell ya, he retired because he wants a life.
I retired two years ago,
age 60.
Sorry, but your analogy is just stupid.
Plan ahead.
Put money in your 401 or whatever.
Retirement is when your real life starts.
It's not a conspiracy, work sucks.
Tim was good at what he did, people really think he was the boss.
He's a great speaker and actor.
Hey I'm with you as far as retirement goes, but I feel like people like Tim who climb to the top of the corporate ladder are made differently, and I think he genuinely cares what people think of him and what his legacy will be.
Welp mopar is officially becoming no car
LOL
Putting a woman in charge of what used to be a heavily male/macho biased brand (Ram); yeah, terrible idea. Now multiply that by 1000 since she basically comes from a dead end brand?? Ram is probably going down too.
This is a weird one, because you're coming into a highly successful brand, if you don't touch anything it'll stay that way. But if you try to put "your" stamp on it and change a bunch of stuff it'll backfire big time. It'll be interesting to see what direction she chooses.
CDJR THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE ARE GOING AWAY FOR GOOD.
Frustrating, but likely true.
I will never buy a Dodge Jeep ram Chrysler product, a.k.a. Dantis lax quality reliability, and their costs are absolutely outrageous and laughable. Let the company fall and go bankrupt.
The prices specifically have been a major issue. I think we all understand making a profit, but when it's clear they are just raising prices to gouge people then we've got a problem.
Dodge will disappear around the same time they stop making the Hemi. They were nothing until they re-released that engine, and will be nothing again if they stop.
My impression is that they didn't want to do a whole clean sheet redesign of the hemi platform, so they just ran it out for 5 more years before shutting it down. But they could have gotten ahead of all this if they'd just redesigned it back then. It would be smaller displacement, and direct injected, but it still would have been a "hemi" V8. Too late now.
A woman to be the head & leader of TRUCKS designing & manufacturing business 🤦🏻♂️
Soon Ram trucks will be 🏳️🌈
“Make Trucks 🏳️🌈 again” 😂
LOL
I feel Tim Kunipsis was forced out. He probably couldn’t take the incredible incompetence of the Stellantis Executives and finally pushed back. Thus, they got rid of him. Also, I feel Stellantis agenda is to kill off CDJR all together. The motive is unknown………
I'm with you, I literally cannot understand the blatant disregard for the brand? It feels like they deliberately are forcing the value down with the brand, for what purpose who knows?
The french are screwing up the American brands which expected. They don't understand American car culture. Europeans shouldn't run American brands.
Couldn't agree more
