- The few sessions in this video were so good. No I didn’t PR, but I met some really cool people in the gym and so inspired by their conversation and demeanor to keep going hard.
Btw, a few clips wasn’t able to be saved for whatever reason, so the video may be a little choppy in sets.
Thank you as always for liking, commenting and sharing. I have a really busy week with a lot of travel coming up, but will try my best to stay consistent in uploading.

Everyone talking about his benching, whilst no one is complimenting the amazing fatherhood/parenting and inspiration this guy is doing.
Some of us do. But we aren't searching great parenting on RUclips. Were specifically searching for bench press
and his tricep extensions. INSANE
This comment is literally on every video of his...
Stfu u sound dumb asl read sum more comments bitch
@@mxtrem3
What makes them insane...when your leaning like that you can do that much weight
Later in my life, I want to be something like this, not the 405 Bench Presser but the cool chilled dad who is enjoying every moment with his family, a true Inspiration!:)
imagine your kids have a "my daddy" is stronger than your daddy argument and you just are a Greek goddess
It's the pho!
Thomas AS he is
If you came out with a program called "How to bench more" I'd buy it
seriously you should come out with this. not a single person I have seen has body weight to strength ratio the way you do.
Yep, he should do it, earn some dollars.
The whole stack for the overhead triceps extension, over 20 reps a set. I should have expected that
When I saw that I literally went "oh jesus how is... oh, well, yeah I guess that makes sense"
You should get mic'd up so we can hear interactions lol
I admire how you never once told nobody about your RUclips channel unless they have seen it and asked if it were you. Keep it up brother!!! Viet Pride
It's so satisfying seeing someone lifting heavy with perfect form. This guy is a freak of nature, pure raw strength, not that many people can achieve a goal like that weighing in at 150 lbs.
13:21 He saw your workout and decided to change up his. Classic. Your inspiring everyone.
Lmaoo
Your kids seem like they are having such a wonderfull upbringing. Surrounded by a loving family and possibilities. Always awesome to see stuff like this. Glad you're posting videos regularly again!
11:50 thought that was a picture of you to the left
Rofl this comment is in every video
Imagine?
I've seen that in a lot of other vids and I always thought the same thing :P
2:47 LOL! That's guy's facial expression was like:
"Aight, Imma head out now..." 😂😂
Lmao! I also like how UFPwrlifter was wearing the classic superman shirt while repping 315 like it was nothing.
He was contemplating why he even goes to the gym hahaha
pce 150 pound*
You commented on my video
Dude, your life is the definition of familial bliss. I came for the monstrous bench press, but everytime I see how happy you and your family are, it hits me right in the feels
Your bench is an inspiration man, truly amazing pound for pound strength
Bro even here? The fuck
Just Some Guy without a Mustache bro I see you everywhere lol
TooProGamer his average time on RUclips is 7-10 hours a day I’m not surprised he’s everywhere.
Just Some Guy without a Mustache Bro, you’re my inspiration as a commenter
BRO YOU READY FOR OROCHI/PSYKOS VS TATSUMAKI
You seem to have the perfect life. Great family and good balance going
Happy Birthday to your daughter and good job on raising such wonderful kids man!
This is my absolute favourite video so far. I came for the bench and stayed for the fam. I LOVE your kids. 1.47 onwards is gold. She is such an innocent bundle of cuteness. Seeing her nervous is just too much. Always usually laughing and smiling. Absolute best best kids.
Trust me. Time flies and they grow up fast. However, it will be cool when you and your son workout together!
you're a great role model man. thanks for sharing with us :)
Always an inspiration brother inside/outside the gym! Respect and Prosperity to you and your family! Loving your videos for a couple years now! Keep it up, strength is a beauty!
Thanks for being here!!
Keep these videos coming. Great motivation. On both the dad front and the lifting.
I love you man no homo. Giving compliments to the nice and humble people even though they don't know thousands of people are watching them. This is wholsesome
I know it gets said all the time, but great job being a dad. You can tell that the children have awesome parents.
You’re a beast and yet so humble. Respect 👍
You are my goals when it comes to fatherhood and lifting 💯💯💯💯
Super proud of the kids man :)
Glad you’re back man love these videos
Just love the looks on the guys watching you do a full stack on the cables!! 😂
Love the content my friends don’t believe it when I show them ur videos!😂
Your daughter and sons getting bigger Long! You’re a good dad.
What did you expect?them to get smaller or what
Wild G4MING no, Longer lol
Younger
I love the look into you're life befor the gym, so humble amazing role model
I really appreciate the time stamps. I like watching the family clips too, but sometimes I dont have a lot of time and I have to speed through the video
Your an amazing bench presser. I know your programme is readily available but have you considered making a video or a few videos on how to implement it? I think people would love to see it 😁 love your work 👍🏻
Where is his program available?
@@jonathanbalayo6327 He has a couple on videos on technique and his program. more or less 3 days per week, 35% high reps, 50% high reps, like 75% 5 reps 81%*3, 91%*1 96%*1, 91%*1, 91%*1, 81%* 5. one day he only goes to 91%
Welcome back dude, hope the family is doing well, was getting worried with the lack of posts
I appreciate the concern and thanks for watching! I don’t follow any fitness youtubers (just fishing related channels), but I swear my subs are the best 💪🙌👍
Then casually tricep extensions the entire rack 🤣
yeah but only 20 reps...
happy bday to the little one....
Ted Nguyen 🥳🎂🎈🎈🎈
I watch this channel to learn about discipline, what a functional, strong family and wife looks like and how to give ur all to everything in life. The lifting and bench press and PRs etc is truly all secondary for me, I don’t even lift like that I’m more into overall fitness and boxing and conditioning type stuff. Just admire this guy. Later.
I've seen dudes between 100-120kg workout with less weight than you. You are a fascinating human being
Fun fact: This guy isnt super strong hes actually a really weak saiyan.
Your Name Here lol
He weak af I do 405 for 3 reps bodyweight is 160
Wild G4MING ok mr “wild gaming” 😂😂
@@TehDesirable it's a joke I actually do 200 for 3
@@aarongonzalez4458 still weak lol
Bro she did an excellent job with her project as you should be proud I have 2 daughters and 2 sons and you're doing a great job with them and last but not least great lifting video. You should teach us your form!
I just want to say thank you for the program, I been following it and noticed how strong and comfortable I got so far. Going for a PR this upcoming week. Keep it up and thankyou once again brother💪
Hey bro ! Where’d you get the program?
Where did you find it please ?
Yes I would like to know as well
@@thurnishaley7697 google ufpwrlifter rep scheme. It's some blog and it's not complicated.
I found it couple months ago in one of his videos. Its pretty simple to follow.
So you're daughter is born on leap day. That's pretty cool. I had a friend that was born on leap day, and I used to give her a hard time of being younger than me because she'd had fewer birthdays even though she was actually a year older than me. She hated it as a kid, but I bet she loves it now.
2:48 he’s like “damn bruh” 😂
7:02 Employees at some of those discount gyms are some of the laziest people I've seen, honestly if I was an owner I couldn't justify paying these people.
This is what minimum wage is doing. Minimal effort for minimal pay. imagine if you are payed what you are worth... these guys might be 1 dollar an hour which in turn makes them work even harder to get to the higher pay grade.
If I’m getting payed a shit minimum wage I’d be doing fuck all too lol while that’s a shit way of thinking, sadly it’s probably how most these employees think
im pretty sure its a liability issue
That's an LA FITNESS he's at
This dude should compete in the world
Bench press championships in the -66kg bw class, last year second place benched 175kg and first place Eddie Berglund well he has like zero range of motion he doesn’t count haha, u would come second and have the longest ROM out of everyone and technically you’d be the best proper bencher hahaha
And that’s the top best bench press competition in the world and u ur best bench u benched like 4 plates, 180kg+/410lbs just cut couple kg water weight and go get urself a worlds medal!
@@jtb1807 Think he got injured and lost a lot of strength
You're an awesome role model to your children and the beard was priceless and very awesome ❤🙏
This guy is a feat of nature.
Happy Birthday!
Love it !!!
The only guy at that weight I know that is hella strong and can push up to 405 max bench press. 155 weight pushing that many!! Idol right here!!
Love 💕 your videos bro keep up the good work. And can you do a video on how to bring ☝️’s bench, including sets and reps please 🙏
Wim Hof, Alex Honnold, UFpwrLifter. This is how you know there are superhumans.
triceps getting huge! keep grinding
Gym has the best atmosphere
I love how lifting unites people
Force when you put egos aside lifting is awesome. people coming up to you inspired and asking for tips and such instead of feeling threatened and jealous.
It's always funny to see people's reaction. Because realistically, that's how we all would react if we saw something this insane
Intro was great. I can’t wait to be a father
Okay could you make a video on your process up to gaining so much strength? Ive been trying to get more in shape but truly for strength. You are a great role model and any advice would be great.
Your amazing man!
I just watched like 10 of your videos in a row bout that time to hit the gym😂
The employee is a hater. Jealousy must hurt. Keep up the great work. Your an inspiration
He's such an inspiration there is a mural of him on the wall
Adorable childrens❤️
I been following you program and im at 200 lbs now 3x but not full reps, still working on getting it up from my chest
Happy birthday!
Love your stuff. Makes a 5’9’’ guy like me wanna push harder and harder every vid.
Teringventje he isnt 151 lb body weight at 6’4 u fucking goomba. As a shorter person I relate to his size yet he benches likes hes 5’8 205 ... Has a lot to do with it lmao...
I go to a La Fitness and the looks people make is just ridiculous when I lift heavy. Lol. I tell people because something is heavy to you doesn't mean it's that way to everybody. Lol. It's all about their workout not what I put on the bar. People sit and stare and it's awkward to me. But if they took their time to lift with a goal in mind they would probably get there too and it wouldn't be sp far fetched. Keep it up! I been watching for awhile posting attention to your reps and sets and your program has helped. Learned a lot but I've also noticed things about the surrounding people that I would never notice under the bar. I wonder if I should start filming 🤔
Great to see back. Hope you feeling better than ever. Wanted to ask - watched majority of your vids but haven't heard yet, how long you rest between sets? I hear some people take 3-5min for heavier weight, and some stick to 1.5min max. I believe for compound lifts 3min is ok, and if you really pushing it and been lifting awhile up to 5min can be ok. I just wonder how long you take?
4min avg on working sets. Thanks for the question!
My heart stopped at 3:55 when you were taking all the plates off one side. I've been there and had a barbell go flying
In another video he tested how much 1 side can hold.
He told in one video that he did this for years
You need to pull the bar/plates closest to you to one side and the balance will be good.
I love your intros bro
am I the only one who benches without a spotter and literally rely on my body to release adrenaline as the fire part of the song approaches? I can literally feel the adrenaline seeping in
Bro I’m at 154 and I can rep like 225 ..3x...your videos are inspiring!!!! Keep killing it
I like how you inspired gray shirt guy to go from tricep pushdown (12:25) to overhead (13:20). lmao
Super cool dad!
Happy birthday to Layla. 😊
I'm just wondering about the overhead tricep pushdown that you do is for adding muscle mass or for strengthening as well?
Thanks!! Trying for strength, but prob mass/definition too in that rep range...
@@UFpwrLifter thanks for the info 👍
Have you ever tried benching with a bit of a arch and elbows tucked a bit? It's a much better position to bench from long term
Love your videos bro. You should definitely get a microphone so we can hear your conversations.
Nice running into you the other day at publix lol, dude is jacked in person!
Beautiful family
You have a beautiful family!
Your a big motivation in my life
In the Smolov Jr Bench program what increments do you raise the weight weekly? I heard mixed answers.
lol, never has wearing the Superman shirt at the gym looked so appropriate as it does here.
I enjoyed going back through some of the older videos and laughing at some people thought that he was lifting fake weights in a commercial gym, like he would carry 8 x45lb weights in under his arm when he checks in at the desk 🤣 I would however like to see him bench on a smith machine in one video to see how it changes how much he can Lift. It should go up with an offset, but I think it is harder in a smith as it restricts you to a single range of motion
How did you build up to that kind of weight?
U must have been asked a million times but How?
How did u get such a great Bench? At 95kg I still struggle with 225lb!
So strong, so tiny!!!! I need to do more!!!!
Man I would love that program if that would be ok? You are killing it.
gravitus.com/blog/ufpwrlifter-path-to-410lb-bench-press/
Great job! So inspiring. Would you mind sending me an example of the program you're following in terms of sets and reps. Would really appreciate it.
Google “UFpwrLifter program”
I love how people are like “there’s no way this skinny Asian kid is going to get that up” in their head while watching you.
It kind of sucks to look that thin but be able to bang out that kind of weight.
I followed your program pretty strictly for 1month. Just failed the first attempts to increase it from 130kg to 135 so had to go with 132.5 a couple days after and pulled it. Slow but steady.
The last week. Did you train monday and Wednesday. Rest Thursday friday Saturday sunday and try your Max monday?
@@bunnycarrotaf7853 I rested for 4 days. It so nearly went.
I warmed up but doing 2 light sets under like 50% 1 set of about 95kg and 1 rep of about 110. Waited a good 6 mins and went for it.
@@bunnycarrotaf7853 I'm weighing in at about 82kg so it's good but I need it quicker lol. I need to hit 140 before I can resume my life 😂😂😂
Don't rush it man, injury isn't worth it.
I been doing your program throughout my bulk and it has already put 20 lbs in 4 weeks.
You should start wearing a mic, so that we can hear the conversation. Would be fun to listen to:)
StejoThePisto yeah! Perhaps he could somehow activate his AirPods so they can play music and be used as a mic simultaneously
What is your program may I ask? Also is it all pause reps and do you take long breaks between sets? I'm stuck on 120kg but I really wanna get to 140kg in the next 3 months if I can
Google “UFpwrLifter program.” 4min avg breaks.
Sir you are my role model. I'm just so impressed that you've dedicated yourself to this for 23 years straight. 10000 hour rule...I mean, you're incredible. Most people just can't stick to something...at all! To do it for 10 years is great. But 23 years? Damn...
Hey, i’ve been doing your program for a few weeks, and it’s been amazing. However i can easily recover for the next workout. I was wondering if you think i could do some extra pressing?
Great to hear. I’d stick to the program as outlined first time around unless you think you chose a weight a bit lower than your 1rm...?
Your kids are so big now!
You should get some ice grills from Johnny Dang. That would add extra intimidation to what you benching.
Awesome your back! That 415 you were pulling before was insane. Next time bring a carp in the gym with you and start running by everyone and slapping them in the face with it.
I started lifting almost 2 years ago to gain weight. I was 52Kg. Today I'm 65kg (bulked. I have a small belly. Without it I am at about 60kg). I can deadlift 145kg, squat 115kg and bench only 87.5kg. How do I get my freaking bench up man? I am very weak!!! You are a beast!!! I train chest 2 times a week. Do 3 sets of 10 reps at 70kg with 1 sec deadstop most of the times on Monday. And spoto press with the bar barely touching my shirt on Thursday. All my other exercises on these 2 days are incline benchpress, Crossovers, incline dumbell press and flys. What I'm thinking is starting doing less reps and more weight. I have seen all your videos trying to figure out what to do but I can't. Can I have your program?
Google “UFpwrLifter program”
@@UFpwrLifterI did a few days after my post on an other video. Someone commented and said about your program. Went to 92,5 kg in a month and now I'm finishing my second month feeling stronger that ever and hoping to get close to 100 kg
@UFpwrLifter Bro can you swim at all? Do you find it extremely difficult? Can you float on your back? I'm asking because I'm curious if your bone density is way above normal.
Hardly either one. I can swim from A to B if not too far but can’t really tread water and def can’t float.
