      @Ian Ford Well most people put their head down and ignore everyone else in any situation, both in the gym and outside. I blame too many people on this planet and a lack of human interaction thanks to technology.

      I agree. They act so bizarre instead of just talking to him. Think about how all these insecure "men" treat women and wreck relationships because of these insecurities. I feel sorry for women. Women have it rough finding someone without issues.

      Gerson Gaete it’s your ankle mobility and hip tightness, narrower squat stance means your ankle mobility has to be greater, so your probably just have godly ankle mobility and no hip tightness, like I’m 6’2 with some long ass femurs and I squat narrow atg and my knees are able to go wayyy past my toes. Next time you squat pay attention to how far your shin leans forward, cause a lot of people just have trouble with that much flexion to put their center of gravity in the correct spot to not fall over.

      hfdob ofdi b yeah swine flu killed over 12k American and 600k world wide in 09. You have a 0.1 chance of dying from the coronavirus if you’re 40 and younger and that number will be lower. You have a 1-113 percent chance of dying from driving everyday.

    • @OhmegadJT
      @OhmegadJT 4 года назад +19

      Jay Moar do you know the difference between a mortality rate of 0.02% and 1-3%? It’s fucking huge. There is no need to panic but not worrying about it is irresponsible. Hundreds of thousands died to the swine flu globally, only 12k in the US. Hundreds of thousands are projected to die in the US alone to Covid-19 and in the millions globally. That’s best case scenario too lmao... And you say not to worry?

    Can anyone help me
    What’s the difference between training for Hypertrophy and training for muscle endurance.
    I know Hypertrophy is for muscular growth and endurance for how long can that muscle work before breaking form.
    I wanna know this👇
    If I do 3-5 sets of 12-20reps(lets say I do 15 reps any weight training but to make it easy lets say biceps ) am I knocking out two birds with one stone(hypertrophy and muscular growth.)?
    I work out twice a day but for strength and nothing else so I’m trying to add muscle mass and endurance.
    So basically
    1st workout would be strength
    And
    2nd would be me working out for muscular growth and endurance
    Or should I switch them around and is that a good idea

      Just go heavy weight/ low reps. If you can rep something over 10 time, it's to lite for you. No gains there

    Hey long! You ever thought about creating a fishing channel or making longer fishing related vids? Just got into fishing. I notice while searching youtube, there's some RUclips fishing channels with tons of viewers and views. Just thought I'd mention since fishing is your other hobby, and those kinds of vids could get a large following also.

    Hopefully you are not going to the gym anymore and social distancing yourself. If you are still going, you need to stop and think about the health of your kids, family and most importantly, other people who could get sick from you.

      Big advice is dont drop the weight on your chest if you are. Second let your sternum rest until its recovered before benching again.

    • @UFpwrLifter
      @UFpwrLifter  3 года назад

      Sorry for the delay. Are you controlling the weight to not let it drop too hard on you? First thing is to let it completely heal. Then maybe try wrapping the part of the bar that touches your chest with a rag/foam so it’s not as hard (I had to do this after my bench injury). Another thing you could do is paused reps. This should allow the weight to slowly touch vs a touch n go rep where it hits faster/harder.

    Tbh, I weigh 198 pounds and 22 year old and struggle to bench 154lbs for 8, somedays I can do 154 for 5 sets of 8 reps, some days I can't lol. Awesome strength 💪.

    Why are you pretending your max is still 415, lol. I use your program on gravitas with success but it looks like your percentages here are way higher but with the same rep scheme? Are you doing something different or are you just over reaching or what?

    I was following your plan, finakly went up to 220 lb at 155, guy at the gym said i shouldn't bench every day i need to heal. I told him bout you, and he said you probably do it to just maintain, and that it won't make me stronger, or not as fast. Then he gets me to bench with my thumbs back with my fingers and the bar resting on my palms/wrist bone. Couldn't bench fir 3 days fter.
