  • The few sessions in this video were so good. No I didn’t PR, but I met some really cool people in the gym and so inspired by their conversation and demeanor to keep going hard.
Btw, a few clips wasn’t able to be saved for whatever reason, so the video may be a little choppy in sets.
Thank you as always for liking, commenting and sharing. I have a really busy week with a lot of travel coming up, but will try my best to stay consistent in uploading.

It's all about their workout not what I put on the bar. People sit and stare and it's awkward to me. But if they took their time to lift with a goal in mind they would probably get there too and it wouldn't be sp far fetched. Keep it up! I been watching for awhile posting attention to your reps and sets and your program has helped. I hear some people take 3-5min for heavier weight, and some stick to 1.5min max. I believe for compound lifts 3min is ok, and if you really pushing it and been lifting awhile up to 5min can be ok. I just wonder how long you take?

I followed your program pretty strictly for 1month. Just failed the first attempts to increase it from 130kg to 135 so had to go with 132.5 a couple days after and pulled it. Slow but steady.

I enjoyed going back through some of the older videos and laughing at some people thought that he was lifting fake weights in a commercial gym, like he would carry 8 x45lb weights in under his arm when he checks in at the desk 🤣 I would however like to see him bench on a smith machine in one video to see how it changes how much he can Lift. It should go up with an offset, but I think it is harder in a smith as it restricts you to a single range of motion

I love how people are like “there’s no way this skinny Asian kid is going to get that up” in their head while watching you.
It kind of sucks to look that thin but be able to bang out that kind of weight.
