Great video for chest day motivation. I was at a seriously rough plateau for bench for a long ass time then I started following your format for building bench strength. I do it on my 2 weekly push days, but even with 1 less day per week than suggested I have added 40lbs to my bench in just 6 weeks. I have never seen that quick of an increase EVER - not even when I was an absolute beginner.

It makes me totally understand people who have a difficult time coming to the gym though, If I felt like that every session I wouldn't be going either, but I guess when I'm feeling myself I just don't think twice about it, its something I enjoy and do without any resistance inside of me.

I would avoid benching every day unless you’re under 18yrs old and have amazing recovery time. When I benched every day in high school, I did much less weight and more reps so it wasn’t as strenuous.

Do you do any other type of exercises outside of the gym when you only can get to the gym twice in a week? If not, maybe doing some light calisthenics can help with the strength loss. Even a 10 minute session at home may be enough work for the muscles to not weaken and help to bridge you over the hump to your next gym session.
