The US is stacked with so much talent and the younger folks are coming for them. They are like fearless. Probably too young and naive to even know to be scared. Look at Quincy Wilson little butt. WTH is that? Who does that? lol. Well tomorrow we will find out if he is picked as one for the one of the relay team. Hopefully they can keep politics out and just do the right thing.

The most stacked race is the men's 110m hurdles. In that event the number 1, 3, 5, 9, 11, 12, and 15 hurdlers in the world were vying for just 3 positions. The US final had the number 1, 3, 5, 9, and 13 ranked runners in the world. You had to run sub 13.00 just to make the team.
Compare that to the women's 200m and you had the number 2, 6, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 21, and 25 ranked runners in the opening round. The US final included the number 2, 6, 9, 11, 16, 17, 21, and 25 runners. You had to run sub 22.00 to make the team.

That is why Alliyson Felix was able to pull off her win in 2012 in the 200m. She had started running the 400m and she was able to find strength down the stretch. When Allyson Felix ran in the 4x100m relay people forget Allyson was 100m, 200m, and 400m specialists that's why she ran in both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays. The only reason Abby Steiner and Jenna Prandini ran in the 4x100 relay in Tokya Olympics is because Sha'Carri was kicked out of the Olympics that year for a positive test even though she had the fastest times in the 100m and 200m in the Olympic Trials.
