I just ordered this one, these Dyno videos are double edge sword. When they do good the brand Jack's the price up alot. I just paid $234 vs $180, pioneer just raised the price of the 9701 to $284 from $135 I paid about 6 months ago I was going to add another and gain match em but it's a steal at $135 but not so much at $285 it's only 1200wrms and no subsonic and you can't strap them. I could buy 2 AP 1800 for $400! And it's over 1800wrms and has subsonic and it's strapable. goo amp
I'll stick to my skar skv2.2500 lol
I have the skar rp2000 also.. it's an awesome amp but I don't use it, it's collecting dust
tankdog03 I have a Skar RP-2k collecting dust as well. It's a good little budget amp, but I just can't use it right now.
+catch22frubert I know, I'm still within my 30 days, so I can still return it.. I've had it boxed up ready to ship back for 2 weeks now.. I just can't seem to do it.. it's a powerful budget gem for sure, but I like the skv2.2500 clipping light an being able to strap if needed, and rca output plus the Korean board sold me.. there both built very well tho.. the sk series is just a lot bigger and harder to tuck away..
tankdog03 I got to use my RP 2k well over a year, and it held up well, but I upgraded to the Korean made Orion Xtr 2500.1dz. Now I need to build a lithium battery and I can support a 2nd Xtr 2500 to strap.
Either of you wanna dump the rp? 😁
@@twistedmistersartz i got the rp1500 pushing a soundqubed hds3. I like the little amp but i kinda wanns upgrade. Skar bench tested it at 1300rms @14.6v i know I'm not getting near 14.6v consistently. So I'd guess I'm getting 1100-1150 out of it
I enjoy your videos. I have two 15s kicker comp VR what would you recommend under 200 bucks?
I think he stated that on the video on the 200 bucks is the MI 200 bucks for the 1800
try to get a Boland audio àmp to test!!!!!!
do the one's that they have for now, please.I think the 2150 is rated at 1000.1,at 1ohm dynamic
Mr.Ryan how a about overheating do you know tanks.
APCL VS APCLE same power ?
Ryan Blankenship apcl1500 more power than apcle1800 , i thing it is deference ... anyway good job ryan
Mus Raniaa The apcl 1500 did 1325 watts at 1ohm certified on 2 different Dyno tests. This 1800.1 does almost 500 more watts
catch22frubert confused... bigD tested apcl1500
Mus Raniaa Yes, BigD did Dyno the 1500. Go back and watch the video again. 1325 watts @1 ohm certified. This 1800.1 did 1750 certified @ 1 ohm.
Mus Raniaa I also have the apcl, not this apcle, I dont know how much power my amp puts out but I bet its more than rated . it pounds my 18" hdc3 d2 all day at one ohm .
what are the consequences of running .5 ohms?
It goes poof and smoke comes out
Budget Gem or Budget Bust lol, I’ll take your word for it and not do that lol 😂
I bought this amp from Ryan. I have had it at .5 ohm ever since the day after this video on 2 soundqubed hds 312s. No issues. On good electric though.
High output In a tiny space that is not a small. Amplifier
Do you think you coukd test an untouchables sounds amp? Supposed to be korean boards. Those who say they have them like em but dont know alot of info on them
Ryan Blankenship be sweet if he would send u one. Ive been considering a 5k. Those korean boards seem preety good from the ones ive seen u test
the amps are nice from what i seen i have a 15" king sub and i must say i love it
euphorikfay i have 2 15in kings aswell. Ive got a 2k apmi on them and they slam for hardly even being powered. Im just curious about amp now
Luech is good people too
That's a nice machine. I just wonder if it's the same thing, kinda redundant as the APMI 2k which you can find for $170. What's the difference between the two? Thanks as always for your work. You're a solid fella. Appreciate!
Test the apdl 2000
Ryan Blankenship ok so now I know what I have
I bought the 2000 apdl because I was told it has better internals there 250$ hope I didn't get lied to.
Chuckie Brooks yeah that's what I wanna know
You didn't get lied to.
Chuckie Brooks I got mine for 150 brand new
Question I need to buy 1 12 L7 kicker to go with this amp what size watt L7 should I get plz help
So if I had two dual 2 ohm subs they will receive 600 watts a piece or 1200 watts a piece?
I wanna know too
Blankenship = Boss... no, wait... I mean he's the power in acoustics... Ok can we all agree he's a BAMF.
At 2ohm or 1ohm, can i use a stock 2005 camry alt or would i have to get an upgraded alt??
Depends on your budget... big 3 upgrade and a secondary battery should do the job. But I personally would upgrade the alternator too.
singram1978.... Ok thanks for tip.....im really considering this amp, the Apmi-2000, apcle-1500, and the Fosgate Prime r1200... I know the Prime would be the most efficient....
So do a big 3 and add battery such as XS or yellow top optima?
Yes... Stinger, XsPower, is what i would recommend over a yellow top.... if that is the route you wanna go i would put a yellow top under the hood and a different battery in the trunk. Also look into NorthStar batteries, and Energie batteries. www.gpcaraudio.com or www.sonicelectronix.com
singram1978 yellow top as the main car/starter battery and a XS or Stinger in the trunk?
Yep.....
Is this too much amp for a single Fi Q12 with high qts in a sealed box?
The background music sounds like somebody sniffing!?! LOL
