    I've been watching the NFL since 1964, and at the age of 63, I can say Brady is the best to ever play. I'm a Packer fan, but you can't deny the facts. He's the best because he makes everyone around him better. Players come and go, but with Brady running the offense nothing changes. It doesn't matter who you put with him. Castoffs from other teams, and unheralded draft picks, have a chance blossom in his presence. Great arm talent, vision, and smart. I watched all the great ones, Unitas, Bradshaw, Marino, Elway, and even the great Montana, but Brady is the best.
    Now to those complaining about the NFL OT rule. Stop it. What do you want? The stupid NCAA OT and their 78-73 scores? Stupid. Its terrible football, and wipes out the strategy of the game. The game is meant to be played on a 100 yd field. Look if you like that kind football, lets just do away with the clock and play 9 innings like baseball. Each team gets 9 possessions at the 25 and highest score wins! Tied at the end of 9, lets go another inning! Instead of 3 and out we shoot for 4 and out! Get a stop and bring back to the 25 for your offense. You gotta get a stop to get them off the field. If they score, they start again at the 25.
    Reducing 60 minutes of good football to pitiful soccer shoot out. The NFL has it right, tee up and lets play some more real football.

    • @mccmcc33
      @mccmcc33 5 лет назад +2

      They don't have it right. The correct OT formula is simply to play one 15 min quarter in the regular season. Play the entire quarter and if it ends in a tie, it's a tie. In the playoffs they should play one full 15 min quarter followed by another if necessary until one of them ends with a winner.

    • @BamaRider
      @BamaRider 5 лет назад +3

      That's ALOT of football, which is a much more physical game than say basketball? A 60 min game is hard enough, so potentially you could have a 90 min game?? But I'll say this, its a much better option than the NCAA OT.

      Seems like he enjoyed this win more than any other in his career. Maybe due to all the naysayers claiming he fell off a cliff in performance?

    So many underrated plays that will go forgotten when just watching the highlights. Great decision by Brady to throw it away on the flea flicker; we've seen even him force balls in and get intercepted in big games (not unlike what happened earlier in this one). Patterson had two great opportunities to move the ball downfield and couldn't come up with either of them. Pretty blatant helmet-to-helmet on the second one, never heard anyone complain about that. And Dorsett could have gotten the ball to the 20 on the back-shoulder if he'd been a bit taller. But the tenacity and intelligence of the Pats enabled them to overcome all of it. What an all-time drive.

    UNBELIEVABLE passes by Brady to seal this one. Solidified himself with this game, the whole team did

    Y’all can say what you want about Brady but when the shit hits the fan and the odds are against him he always stays calm and collected and that’s what makes him the greatest

    When guys like Brady, Gronk and Edelman wake up and decide "I will not lose today." They won't. Facts. They WILLED this team to a Lombardi trophy.

      I'd say other people "willed" the team to the super bowl but whatever, think that.

    Looking back on this in 2024 it’s unbelievable what Brady was able to do under such pressure, hostile environment, and freezing cold. Insane. Wow wow wow. Makes me appreciate him even more now. 👏👏👏

    This is where playoff football should be played: outdoors on grass.
    Finishing with 3 power runs.
