They would say “Brady’s a system QB” or “The team isn’t complete enough to go to the play-offs” Well.... they just went through three road games which included the two best teams in the NFC. Then proceeded to blow out the best next team to win a Super Bowl. Enough said.

What happened to Chiefs tonight reminds me of what happened to the Redskins in Super Bowl 18. Both were defending champions playing a team associated with pirates, both had top offenses that got shut down and what's really eerie is that took place in the same city, although the former happened in what is now the parking lot of the current stadium.

This game was nowhere near what I expected. The entire game I expected Kermit to pull put that Heinz magic. I feel the real difference in the game was the defense, one defense came out aggressive and cocky in the start and the other came to play the game. I think the Bucs defense only allowed Mahomes to throw them into one penalty and it wasn't huge. These are two smart QBs, you can't let them catch you sleeping and get you on these penalties. Simply, once again the Chiefs played themselves. That neutral zone infraction was similar to the one that robbed the Chiefs of their SB VS the Rams. I'll be curious to see what happens in the off-season, but maybe we'll end up with a SB rematch next season. I'm not sure what moves can be made to get on the level these two teams are playing on right now. The Chiefs just couldn't get their game going, really I feel their defense cost them this game. But that Bucs D-Line came to ball. Rag tag team of rejects pulled it off.
I'm not like a Mahomes fan boy or anything but he wasn't the reason they lost. He didn't play so amazing they could have won, but its clear the weak points were in his line and even some missed opportunities by his receivers. Tampa had a perfect plan for them and pulled it off nearly perfectly with far fewer penalties too.
#31 on the chiefs with the most bone headed missed catch of all time, what could have been an epic pass by mahomes, to hit 31 smack dab in the face of his helmet.

This game was nowhere near what I expected. The entire game I expected Kermit to pull put that Heinz magic. I feel the real difference in the game was the defense, one defense came out aggressive and cocky in the start and the other came to play the game. I think the Bucs defense only allowed Mahomes to throw them into one penalty and it wasn't huge. These are two smart QBs, you can't let them catch you sleeping and get you on these penalties. Simply, once again the Chiefs played themselves. That neutral zone infraction was similar to the one that robbed the Chiefs of their SB VS the Rams. I'll be curious to see what happens in the off-season, but maybe we'll end up with a SB rematch next season. I'm not sure what moves can be made to get on the level these two teams are playing on right now. The Chiefs just couldn't get their game going, really I feel their defense cost them this game. But that Bucs D-Line came to ball. Rag tag team of rejects pulled it off.
KC, Out Thought, Out Coached and Out Played. They played only as well as the Buc's let them.

I'm not like a Mahomes fan boy or anything but he wasn't the reason they lost. He didn't play so amazing they could have won, but its clear the weak points were in his line and even some missed opportunities by his receivers. Tampa had a perfect plan for them and pulled it off nearly perfectly with far fewer penalties too.
