Bhai I am appearing for sub-inspector exam Karnataka, my weight is 74 and height 167cm. To qualify I need to complete 1600 meter in 7 min and I have 2 months time. I think I am over weight what to do should I decrease my weight first or start running.
I am 32 years old and started 100m sprints since 2.5 months. Came across this channel yesterday. Very informative. My usual routine is- 1. Wake up around 4.30 am 2. Have a black coffee 3. Do dynamic stretching after half hour 4. Go to a ground or road. Warm up with jogging and running drills 5. Sprint with 70% effort and correct form 6. Then 3 sprints for 12 seconds with all out effort. 90s rest in between 7. Cooling down 8. Come back to home. Do static stretching and few asanas like chakrasan, vakrasan, sirshasan, cobrapost, leg splits. 9. Take a spoon of wheatgrass powder with lemon in water after stretching. It's great source of potassium and beneficial for liver health. 10. Then take beetroot juice after 30 minutes. Main ghar par hi beetroot, carrots, tomato, mint ka juice 3 se 4 din ka ek sath nikal leta hu. 11. Take 5ml of black seed oil 15 minutes before breakfast. 12. With first tea, I take a spoon of flaxseed. Ghar par hi pissi hui alsi. I am a vegetarian. My endurance and speed has increased. Breathing issue nahi hota. Don't injure yourself with wrong form.
