    Bhai mein 6-7km running karne ke bad ghar akar chana khata hoon uske baad 500ml doodh aur 10.30-11baje bajre ke roti aur dal ya sabji leta hoon dupeher mein dahi aur rat mein phir roti desi ghee ke saath...ho jayega na?
