    मैंने कोरोना काल के बाद 63 वर्ष की आयु में रनिंग शुरू की। अब दो किलोमीटर की रनिंग कर लेता हू रुक रुक कर दस किलोमीटर कर लेता हूँ। इंटमिटेंट फास्टिंग शुरू की है। मेरा 8 किलो वजन कम कर लिया है। तीन किलो और कम करना है। आपकी वीडियो देखकर कई बातें सीख रहा हूं।

    Mera wajan already Kam hai bmi ke hisab se dekhu tu thik hai mujhe normal 5k running karni+achi athletic body babani hai and thoda weight bhi gain karna uske liye koi diet hai toh bataiye

      Do not focus on time, just keep your heart rate below 145.
