    Sir muje bhi acl +middle meniscus injury hui thi 2020 mai mene PRP injection ke sath 3-4 months physiotherapy exercises ki thi but mere abb shin pain aur kabhi kabhi knee pain hota hai kuch btaye ki yeh kese thik kru

    I am gmohanrao aged 75 from mysuru Karnataka i have regd for first full marathon in TMM 2025. I HAVE BEEN RUNNING DAILY SINCE 11 YRS. AVERAGE 15TO 21 KM
    HM NEARLY 200 HM INCLUDING PRACTICE . I AM CONFIDENT OF FINISHING FM .

    Sir i am also a doctor i have anxiety issues my heart rate is always high even resting i have 90-100 how should i run because even at speeds like 8 minutes per km my heart rate goes into red zone
