Watching Nigella always gives me comfort. The way she does things, they way she talks about things is just pure enjoyment and sooo relaxing.
I love to watch this lady cook as much as I love to hear her talk about what she's cooking...it's very comforting.
her christmas episodes are an annual tradition
There’s very few chefs that I will watch their episodes repeatedly, but Nigella is definitely one!
I agree. BTW she doesn’t call herself a chef as she has never cooked in a restaurant. She’s a food writer doing home cooking. I love the fact that so many of her recipes require no skills whatsoever.
Same!
Have watched Nigella since the 90's. Absolutely love her. She is very passionate about everything she cooks. Happy holidays 🦚🍾🎄🎁
I prefer Nigella's cooking style and grace in the kitchen over any dud on Food Network.
I AGREE! She has literally been the only one that has made me feel like I deserved to be in the kitchen and not insecure about my skills. I just LOVE her.
And she’s a fox
Yes Nigella is wonderful. But I love Ina Garten so much!
Yes
Ina garten is the best
“Blender goblet”. Icon, legend, queen,
Nigella makes casual dining look elegant
This was my favorite Nigella kitchen and dining room.
IM watching this in 2022 realizing that I have made every single thing in this...and ALL of it is sensational. Truly. that hot chocolate is the best Ive ever had, and the macadamia brittle won an ovation.
The pasta is so much better than you might think, and the Insalata is just perfection
Love her. She’s so passionate about good food
'Nigella Bites' is my favourite cooking show of all time👍👍👍
Love the opening.
I love it when my mushrooms “respond to the call of the wild” 😂
I scrolled to see this - best line!
I've definitely eaten mushrooms that have made me respond to the call of the wild...
The amount of food she eats astounds me. She is really REALLY into food.
Thank you for uploading all these Nigella episodes!
Christmas has truly descended...yes yes🎄🎄🎄🕊️🕊️⛄🎚️🎇🎇🎇🎚️
I pickle & preserve throughout the year.
I'm doing pasta for Christmas. Penne with spinach parmesan sauce, baked, to go with a lamb roast. Looking forward to it.
Does anyone know where to find the Nigella Feasts Christmas special? All of her holiday specials in full need to be on youtube!
Google them. That's how I found them
I agree I watch Nigella Christmas youtubes every Christmas. I like a bit more spice in my shepherds pie, like a bit of thyme and oregano., garlic.
I'm American. I learned so much from her. As for Christmas, I have often wished that I could spend Christmas in a quaint English village, all done up like a Dickens tale.
Come on over. We’re waiting. Stay in a Cotswolds inn, the good ones have fab rooms and superb food served in beamed rooms with roaring fires.
me too
OMG!!!! I need to find that cutting board with the tray beneath!
I love Nigella, she is so sensuelle to describe her simple but yum dishes
finally! the one Nigella video without creepy comments
Love the vodka in the freezer!
I bought her magic whisk. I love it.
I want a lot of Christmas spirit!
Nigella u take my breathaway
Thank you for the video!
'Nigella Bites' is my favourite cooking show of all time👍👍👍
I love her so much. 😭
Merry Xmas nigella babes and happy new year. Take care and be safe. Lots of love and happiness to you and your near and dear ones.
Looking forward to trying butter / Worcester sauce to top my next shepherds pie. Nice change.
Yum!!
I love you Nigella 🥰
I love how Nigella flirts with her beautiful eyes and just complete down to earth behaviour.
I always cover a hear in the kitchen!
Good one 👍👍
the Ruddolph pie is delicious
😋 Yummy
I too like my pies beastly
Can u sub pecans? For walnuts in the pasta?
Call of the wild!
Once she talked about an asian cooking book, it was a dark coloured book of bigger size. I am looking for the title 🤗
Noce👍🌷
Did I just witness Nigella cooking Rudolph? OH NOOO LOL
The woman is terrified of salt and pepper😂😊
Germany is another big Christmas nation, and my friends there don't do much before, because december is a time for celebration. They do everything in november.
When was this originally aired?
Наша столичная стоит!!!!!!!! 😀
She is amazing 😍 but why she doesn't put salt🤔
Anyone tried that walnut pasta? Is it good?
I make it every couple of months or so for meatless Monday. Very tasty, though I use a different recipe / pasta . I use Campanelle to hold the thick sauce.
I wonder why apricot became the flavor of choice in Britain for painting all over various pastries. I remember Jennifer Paterson painting little fruit tartlets with apricot jam. Why apricot and not some other flavor?
Because it doesn't hide the natural color of the fruits, like a red or purple jam would, plus the flavor is milder and allows the other flavors to star, but makes it all look glossy and beautiful.
Not just in Britain. Jacque Pepin and Julia child use it as a glaze too. Maybe it’s in part because it allows other flavors to shine through, or even complements them.
Rudolph pie 🥺
…mmm glacé fruit…include rum!
Как жалко я не понимаю по английски. Но рецепт она не пишет. Это я бы через перевод узнала. По Яндексу.
В описании ссылка на рецепт голубым цветом
"I'm not saying you should pretend you made this"..."who am I Sandra Lee"
Recipe, please??
Her style i imagined should drive a jaguar but she chose a land rover discovery instead
Que é este líquido Massala??
Marsala, a sweet wine
@@ChiaraFrancioli ah! Ok! Gracias!!
Where are recipes?
I love Nigella , but the pomegranate meringue dessert did not look good 😢
She didn't sterilize the pickling jars!? Or are we supposed to assume she did?
Did you miss where she took the jars out of a steaming dishwasher?
She did not wash the pomegranates hhhhhhh
@@lynnbogina6063 Must have blinked.
@@sosoabdelrahman9252 She’s only using the pomegranate seeds which are inside the pomegranate. They don’t need to be washed.
1-800-contacts
needs a bit more butter... mebbe a pinch of sea salt!
When are you going to upload episodes of Nigella's kitchen? *WHEN*!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
Why is her pantry half a a mile away.?
Mine is well away from my kitchen in the large hall closet because that’s where there’s room for extra pantry stock that’s not in my kitchen. The up side is that large sizes of dried herbs and spices stay fresher away from the heat , and I’ve lots of room to take advantage of quantities of frequently used canned goods when they’re on sale. 5 tins of plum tomatoes etc takes up a lot of room!
I don’t know how I landed here and who this lady is, but how old is this video?! Look at that computer. 👀
This looks definitely like a video from back in the late 90s or early 2000s with a much younger Nigella Lawson!
These thumbnails are hateful.
Put a pan under that shepherd's pie so it doesn't bubble up all over your oven.
Expired 1998...when did this originally air?
Carrying empty cup... Once she decivese i dont believe her
Why would you think media is real?
8:58 All that grace, and you separate the seeds from pomegranate like a cave-woman.
Nigella is using the recommended method to remove the pomegranate arils (though I don’t use it myself). I prefer to tear them apart just as we did when I was a kid.
Sounds like Nigella was on the coke the night before she shot this.
Mmmmkay...
Take your hands Out of the food, yuck
Nigella, I'm a huge fan..but please get rid of the check...hillbilly shirts??
Ever since Nigella's "Chicken n' Peas in Vermouth" I just can't trust a single thing she says. It has to rate as one of the worlds most disgusting dishes. A complete waste of all three ingredients. Pouring the bag of frozen peas down the WC then burying the dear chicken in the garden after getting drunk on the Vermouth would all be way way better things to do with them. Luckily my Mum makes everyone a Christmas cake, these she stores in a nice dark cupboard in the pantry for months on end ready to drop one off at each of our homes a week before the big day. Nothing more divine than a cup of tea and a nice slice of Christmas cake. Problem with these store bought ones they dont have the marzipan rum covered fondant which is the very best part. These you eat with your fingers licking off the moist boozy marzipan........Sadly this year she wont be able to because of Covid so where to get that home made flavour, not very sure. The ones at Marks & Sparks look absolutely terrible and Sainsbury's won't send to the colonies where we will be gawd willing so I guess a nice fruit cake is going to have to do.
Cheer up 😁
@@jessical438 Thanks it sounds worse than it is. It always does. Not peas in Vermouth I hastily add. LOL. I'm happy with a tinned Christmas pudding and powderd custard as long as I can share it with someone I know and I will be. What more could I want.
Have you considered taking a stab at making the Christmas cake yourself? It can be richly satisfying having (or sharing) something made with your own hands, even if it’s just the once. Cheers ! 🥂 (I’ll not comment on the peas/vermouth. It must have tested well - to each their own.
@@m.theresa1385 @@m.theresa1385 No I haven't, my sister has taken up the cudgel which is a blessing. Least they're being made even if I can't get one. LOl. Pea grave yard, believe me you don't want to go there. Think tinned peas that have then been cooked for hours on end, floating in sickly vermouth like they do when you have to flush them down the toilet. Sickly grey and very dead. Then think bright, sweet, fresh frozen spring green peas, little orbs of sheer sparkling delight.........like lambs to the slaughter. It's cruel, so unkind and utterly unnecessary.
Of course. No washing hands after shopping? Right ... Maybe fruits? No. Ok. Thanks.
finally! the one Nigella video without creepy comments
What creepy moments?
Give it time. Lol
@@didmiller There are trolls who regularly make obnoxious comments about Nigella on her videos, often, believe it or not, against her appearance which does not measure up for some!
this was just uploaded today, give it a few months lol
Do not underestimate people's idiocy.
Good one 👍👍
