    Thanks for joining me for this beginner workout today! I'm interested to know what type of workout you guys would like to move on to after this one.. A 15min beginner? Another 10min that is more intense? 20 minute? Or perhaps a strength and conditioning based workout that incorporates more bodyweight cardio exercises along with these foundationing kettlebell exercises?       KB workouts I meant. I am infusing them into my Dumbbell , tread, rowing and bike workouts. BTW, I am 73 today!

    Thanks for the helpful video Sam. I've just stared using kettlebells to get in shape (63 years old) and this is easy to follow and the warmup and workout videos are great!

    I want to say thanks for this. Life has been hectic and my workouts have suffered so I bought kettlebells thinking I could do some quick workouts but had no clue what to do with them so they sat around for about a year. Just did this routine and it was perfect with the explanations and walkthroughs and preparing the next moment. Just subscribed and will be watching alot more of these.

      @@SamuelJordanFitness I appreciate that and I actually do have a question. How do you train your upper body? I feel almost all the exercises in any kettlebell workout is for your legs and besides a few pushups and rows there’s not much upper body training but again I’m still new to this.

    Thank you so much for posting this easy beginners work out. I have just fully recovered from a hysterectomy and this really is helping me get back into fitness! This has been the easiest beginners kettle bell work out I have tried, next week I will try to either go longer or move up from 5 lbs to 10 lbs.

    That felt great. the only thing that got me was the lunges, it felt like my thighs were trying to give out or bow out
