    What weight should you use? It's different for everyone depending on your sex, weight, previous lifting experience and cardio fitness. A simple framework to begin with is: 12-16kg for men and 8-12kg for women, but make sure to adjust this with what you're comfortable with. It's better to start lighter to be safe and work your way up as you come back to the workout.

      Should the goal be to stick with the same kettlebell weight throughout the workout, or is it okay to adjust the weight for different exercises? Thank you so much for the awesome workouts!

    Thank you for this workout Sam. Sometimes all you want is a simple, straight forward workout. Great beginner workout - but throw a 32kg kettlebell into the mix and this workout becomes advanced. I am jacked after doing this with a 32kg.
