    Summary:
    1. Make yourself a priority
    - take care of yourself
    2. Create positive thoughts
    - stop, breathe, and think about what you're thinking
    3. Say what you feel
    - try talking to a friend, or psychologist, or try writing it in a journal
    4. Be compassionate to others
    - do things that will lift other's spirits and will make their day
do watch the video if you have time! it's extremely adorable and helpful.
some random things I want to share :>
for the first tip, i've read somewhere to try treating tasks or activities for yourself like you're doing it for a very lovely client or a loved one you'd want to take care of, it might help if you're having a hard time doing things for yourself. take care!
for the second tip, most of the time, this is what i do when i'm starting to think negatively about things. i talk to myself about something random i genuinely love or liked recently, like I saw a flower online earlier then I'd start talking internally to myself about how it looks like a thing and how i would love to see it. though, sometimes, it may not work, give it a try sometimes! it might work for you, too!
for the third tip, you could try to just say it out loud(or even just like a whisper) whatever that is you're feeling, because personally, i think it helps me, and sometimes, it's also kind of funny. for example, i got shocked by the sudden lightning, i would just blurt out "that scared me", sort of thing.
for the fourth tip, just be happy to help, you don't have to force it if you don't want to, but it certainly is heartwarming to know that you did something nice for someone, and the compassion being passed around to people :>
    have a great day!

@@unnieee427, hey, mate, i think it's good that you talked about it with your family. it's good to let someone know about what we feel, and to be honest, i also feel that way sometimes. life could be so boring sometimes because it's like... everything is the same and like nothing really changes especially in our lives, you know, like it's the same repetitive routine, but you know, there are just days that you don't find anything interesting and it just sucks, and it's okay to feel that way. sometimes, small little things could change how a whole day feels, and it makes it different from every other day, but sometimes, it's just a... day. nothing special today, this week, or this year, it's just there. also, it's good that you took a break from social media because it could just really be exhausting and toxic at times. i hope you'll have a great day or night ahead! the sunset or sunrise could look different today or tomorrow, but anyhow, i hope your life would be filled with color again! if it might help, you could try something different today to see how it goes!

Don't keep a journal then .. I'm just like you . I'm terrible at that. But a friend gave me the idea .. to get a mental journal. You only write when you feel like .. mainly when you feel overwhelmed.. write about it .. kinda feels like you're getting it off the chest .. off the mind ... try it .... I really hope it works for you the way it did for me. Rmr .. you don't need to write everyday. Just when you feel like .. and put the date of the day you write on ... hang in there

One of the most courageous actions in life is being honest about our pain, our anger, our shortcomings... instead of pretending they don't exist, I think. And when we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, less scary...

Whenever I'm alone, or just thinking to myself in general, I give myself two distinctive voices in my head: one is a positive, and optimistic entity, while the other is a negative, sometimes even harshly toxic amalgamate.
I even have names for these voices: Fireball, for the representation of the flames of passion and high spirited motivation, and it's "other half", Laberiff, who sits quietly backstage while IT'S "other half" expresses itself to an audience that doesn't exist.
For as long as I can remember, these two voices lived inside my mind. They would always tell me what I should think about, whether it be positive or negative. Unfortunately, they both have the exact same voice; it's my voice. I am Fireball AND Laberiff. The way they "think" is how I feel about things, and it is overall up to me to decipher whose voice is whose.
Sometimes it's obvious. Sometimes it's complicatedly difficult.
So anyway, I really love your videos and yes I am watching this at 2 in the morning, yes I did drink some water before heading to bed, and finally yes I promise after I am done typing out this comment about my intricate thought process I will head to sleep. Goodnight!

Since I started doing it, it's the only thing I think about whenever anything happens in my life I'm always so excited to go home and tell my journal as if it was a friend, because I struggle with being vulnerable and don't have many friends, I just write in my journal and as soon as I start writing I just can't stop and I feel so good and like I have space in my mind to take up other information and things unlike when I used to not journal, my brain was always cluttered and I had so many thoughts and couldn't get them out to anyone of anything.

You may feel a bit awkward at first, but it has always transformed into either laughter, understanding or interest for me, depending on what I said. It made me feel more like... me. I could assure myself that these were not due to trying to imitate someone else, which I had been going through pretty roughly back then(I always ended up imitating someone either to get some attention or because I felt out of place). It felt more open and helped me eventually get to know my own feelings about specific things, and if there was something I didn't like, I could outright stop it. It made me more enthusiastic and feel better about myself.

What we really need is more public funding of mental health facilities and outreach programs. Psych2Go does what they can, but actual sit-down one-on-one counseling and diagnosis is what is needed.

i think the idea of depending on yourself to fix your life give you so much stability
no one will understand you more than you do , or maybe no one have time to care
besides the overthinking that I get because of relationships
but at the same time , being alone in your path makes your life empty and a routine
every thing we do like art , music or any other goal doesn't have but a social value
there is no purpose in life without people

I was aware that I wont be as frustrated as I was if I tell someone about what I'm feeling but idk who to tell to. I like to keep my family problems just in my family, sometimes I wont even tell it to my cousins or aunt. And I have no one else at home. It's just me and my parents. Sometimes I succeed at trying to compose myself and not talk back when my parents are mad but I'm still human. I can't bottle up my feelings forever. Sometimes they'll just unconsciously slip out of my mouth resulting in me getting punishment(in any way, whether its verbally, physically, or not being able to do smth).

because at the end of the day we are animals hardwired for survival, our brains hold on to negative experiences. our brain creates a blueprint for survival, it remembers when we touch something hot it burns us so we don't so it again; that also means emotional survival, it remembers when we get nervous or feel abandoned in a situation so it tries to avoid the situation in the future. the point is we naturally hold value to negative experiences more than positive. And that's what we must rewire our brains for, to remember and engrave the positive just as much. writing daily gratitude lists, taking a moment to notice how good food or a positive sensation makes us feel, and aligning and defining ourselves with positive experiences more than negative ones are a few great ways to do that.

I validate all the tips. It's strange how I already apply them all, without knowings, there are tips.
_ Make yourself a priority. That's I say to all : Take care of yourself, think to you first/before.
_ Create positive thoughts. U have the power to transform negatives things to positives ones ^^ INFJ.
_ Say what you feel. It's important even if it is frowned upon at work and for some people who do not understand or have never had mental health concerns. It's important, if you say what you feel to the good person, they understand you and have compassion for you, and can help you to feel better.
_ Be compassionate to others. Be bevolent, take care of others a little, of the ones you like and appreciate.

I feel like this channel is helping me learn a lot about how a girl's brain possibly is like with females hiding things and such. With these videos, I can identify and possibly help in the future. Even though it's too late and I found this after my bestfriend left, I'm now filling my brain with this information to make myself a better person and to identify my own self emotionally. This is going to help me in being kind and helpful which is one of my sides that I would like to spread from my brain to others. Hopefully any of you are watching this for any same reasons as mine and remember, don't let anyone bring you down, heal up and fight like a soldier against the negative instead. And also, don't blame how you appear as it's not your fault, it's genetic body structure and you can't control it so be yourself and lift your head with confidence and less abuse

Its also really hard for me to express what I truly feel to others, because of my big fear of judgement, but when I do, I tend to overthink again, especially about what others might say about me. what I am trying to say is that I am a very complicated person, that's why others tend to misinterpret me. It makes me really sad tho, like why should I be so different from the others? All I want is to have a normal connection with others and have good friends, not basing on quantity but quality....

I am a survivor of some terrible stuff. I blamed myself. My counselor said what would you tell someone who went through what you did. I said that I’d tell that person it would be ok. That they would survive. That it wasn’t their fault. My counselor said, tell that to yourself. I was speechless. It helped me a lot. So when the crap comes into my head, I try to stop and think of that woman and what I’d say to her. I stop and start saying good things to her and then remember I am that woman.

I know I have so many bad habits and I know that I need to fix them if I want to have a better mental health, but, at times, it feels like as if it is impossible to change that. I don't know, maybe it's because I am going through that phase of the early 20's where we keep asking ourselves what would be our goals for our life, but I do struggle a lot with maintaining these good habits. I think the sleep schedule one is the hardest for me because I haven't slept correctly for I don't know how many years, when I go to sleep, I feel like all the difficult and bad stuff of the day just comes back at me all of a sudden, and it takes me at least an hour in the bed before I completely go to sleep.
