I made this tonight for dinner,I changed just a few things and served over homemade mashed potatoes and sautéed some squash,zucchini,onions, and mushrooms for the veg. My man went to town on that food. It was sooooo good, I’m almost want to run bk for dinner tomorrow

I made this last night and it was very easy. I will say I’ll need to turn the heat down not to over cook but enough to sear well. I found at high heat by the time you get all bites flipped the end result ends up being well to well done and a good steak deserves to be a safe pink in the middle! I made some fried rice for the first time also to go with it and everything was a home run. Thank you again.

I’m trying your butter steak with lots of garlic right now I had to freeze it just a bit so I can get nice even pieces and that I don’t have any paprika and I wasn’t leaving his house until tomorrow. That’s when I go back to work so I would definitely let you know how this turned out. It smells good already though and I want a tiny bit further I put some nice mushrooms and onions, in my very tender steak thank you so much for sharing all your recipes. Would you make a pasta salad seafood pasta salad have a wonderful day.

I tried to make this last night. How do you control the splatter in your pan? I couldn’t turn my stove really high like recipe called for because of the splatter.
