I made this tonight. I’m just learning how to cook at age 65, don’t judge 😬, and this channel has helped me a lot. This was delicious and as soon as I have more experience I’m sure it’ll be easier to prepare. I also found a recipe for corn on the cob with the husk on it and you pop it in the microwave. 👍

Never used corn starch. Will be making this recipe this evening after work! Great job and presentation.

Corn starch doesnt make you loose flavor like flour. You dont have to reseason your food like you do with flour.

I cooked this yesterday while I was watching this video it was good, but I didn't have some of the ingredients. It still came out really good, but I am sure the other ingredients add some some... thank you for that recipe. I don't cook often, but I really enjoy doing it for me when I'm alone.

This is a really good recipe. I omitted the creole seasoning & it still tastes great! I don’t use all that butter just 2 TBSP. My issue is the recipe below does not match the video. Luckily I was able to figure it out.

I made it this week and loved it so much I am making it again for lunches this week. I use a blackening seasoning I make and add cracked pepper. I don’t have and didn’t use Old Bay or lemon pepper. I’m upping lemon juice this time.

That corn starch was magic!! I love this recipe!!!!!!! Wanted to slow down on the breaded shrimp and this is by far the best alternative!!

I recommend one min per side, especially since you are adding the shrimp back to the garlic butter sauce.

Why not cook it in the Garlic sauce right a way? I also love some Paprika and cream at times.. Yummy!

Hello, Sweet Chef. I’m making the same recipe of yours for dinner and can’t wait to dive into it. I would eat 30lbs. of it in one sitting. I’m headed out for the corn starch and fresh cloves of garlic. Thank you for sharing. ❤

Just got back from Spain, where all of the restaurants had their version of Garlic Shrimp. I wanted to duplicate what they were doing, but when I scrolled past your shrimp and saw the nice crust (the ones I ate didn't have the crust) it made me click on the video. I love the crusty look the corn starch gives it. And I know I am going to enjoy the extra texture when I bite into it. Defiantly gonna give this a try.
