This is very close to his wine sauce for scallops, this is in my opinion, the BEST flavored sauce i have ever had. Its great for any fish, especially scallops, shrimp, salmon. Try boiling the garlic with milk or buttermilk for 5-8minutes. Then bake it in the oven with EVOO. The milk gives the garlic a beautiful flavor, kinda takes the edge off .

@@ryashonb7658 Or a little heavy whipping cream. This recipe is fairly close to my BBQ Shrimp dish. Add some Worst Word In The World Sauce, a little blackening seasoning and a couple of tablespoons of BBQ sauce (preferably not a sweet one).
In my opinion the constancy of the sauce was perfect made really well , for our family we don’t use so much parsley in this dish. Roasted garlic is a good idea for this dish I’ve always sliced thin makes me wanna try slicing them thin then pooping them in a toaster oven give them a slight crunch to the dish , gonna make this tonight
