I like to put a cut or two in the curl of my shrimp so it doesn’t curl up . Cus I’m fancy like that ☺️ This is a great recipe. I eat it over Jasmine brown rice cooked with spinach in it. Shallots, bouillon . White wine. So versatile.
Tip: I added a few more ingredients that took this dish to the next level: mushrooms, bacon, and the big hit was adding cream cheese. It really enhanced the creaminess of the sauce.

Try boiling the garlic with milk or buttermilk for 5-8minutes. Then bake it in the oven with EVOO. The milk gives the garlic a beautiful flavor, kinda takes the edge off .
In my opinion the constancy of the sauce was perfect made really well , for our family we don’t use so much parsley in this dish. Roasted garlic is a good idea for this dish I’ve always sliced thin makes me wanna try slicing them thin then pooping them in a toaster oven give them a slight crunch to the dish , gonna make this tonight
This is very similar to my Scampi recipe that I've been using for years. Sometimes more is more. I also add sliced mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Serve it with Angel Hair Pasta. Yum. Also you can substitute cubed chicken breast. Enjoyed your video.
