1 small onion
1/2 Green and Red Bell peppers
1tsp Fresh garlic
2TBS butter
Garlic flavor Extra Virgin olive oil
5 Russet potatoes cut into bite size pieces
Beef tenderloin cut into bite size pieces
Season Steak and potatoes to taste
Season Salt
Garlic and Onion Powder
Thyme leaves
Rosemary
Cayenne Pepper
Paprika
Parsley
Garnish with fresh parsley

I’d have cooked the potatoes before adding the vegetables myself personally, only because I don’t like my potatoes so raw or the life cooked out of my vegetables, but the dish itself looks amazing.im gonna give it a try this afternoon. Thank you. 👍🏼

No I didn’t use beef broth. The potatoes is well cooked. I didn’t use beef broth because I didn’t want my potatoes to become mushy. I wanted them to keep some firmness but yes they were cooked all the way through 😂

I don’t cook with salt and I don’t use a lot of seasoning on my food. It may look like it but it’s not. To each its own. You don’t have to use a lot of seasoning. Thank you so much for watching greatly appreciated luv
