- This Garlic Butter Beef Steak Bites Recipe is so delicious and easy to make at home. Serve as an appetizer skewered (with tooth picks ), over rice or mash potatoes for dinner or lunch.
INGREDIENTS
2lb. Tri tip beef steak, cut bite size
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tsp Ground Black pepper
1 Tbs Cooking oil, I used Grape seed
1 Shallot, peeled and minced
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
4 Sprigs thyme, picked and chopped
1 Sprig rosemary, picked and chopped
1 Tbs Butter
1/2 C Beef stock ( 1 Tsp Better than Bouillon, Beef )
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Scallion, chopped
2 Tbs Parsley, chopped
Pinch red pepper flakes ( optional )
Salt to taste
I have a problem with this. There is nothing wrong with the video, or how he prepares food. My problem is the title. "Worth Sharing" This food looks so yummy...I will not share. My friends and family can make their own...This just looks too good....

I notice you use the stems from the thyme. I always struggled trying to get the tiny leaves off the tough stems. Apparently they cook down just fine.
I use the tender stems only and save the rough for stocks or stews where they can be pulled out after cooking and before serving.

I those boiled by beef, frying beef & Chicken, beef is hard & Chicken still have blood in them, my childhood experience, when I cook it myself, the chicken had no blood, I realized something, they used to cook them HALF-done.

What could I use instead of tri-tip?
Just almost any cut of steak beef will work, skirt steak or flank steak.
Looks real delicous... but almost I miss some vegetables... mushrooms or others.... bell peppers ... so it looks not ready... uncomplete... 😮
