I had the pain in my tailbone, but now it's almost gone! I did nothing, but just took proper rest for 1 month and avoided any kind of sitting! From there, the pain was improved by 90%! I also used some pain relieving spray everyday to make the area warm in itself, this induce a much faster recovery! I now sit without any pain, and also avoid long sitting on my bad position using the U shaped cushion at my work! For normal sittings apart from work, there is no need to use cushions!

I got injury for cocypsin in 2008 when i was 22 years but now it start pain again due to my most of time work sitting dueca bank job , need advise

@@zahidmajeed4541 I used a spray named 'Moov', I don't know, whether this product is available in your region or not! But i can suggest one thing, use U shaped cushion at your work, also use any pain reliever that helps releasing muscle pain!
My tailbone was not broken, or tilt, but i had a severe pain because of my long sitting job!
The key behind getting your tailbone healed, is to let that particular areas rest for 1 month, in the meantime your white blood cells will try to auto heal your area! So after a month, with the use of spray, daily morning tailbone exercises and U shaped cushion with proper rest can heal your tailbone for sure! That's my personal experience! Try to take some rest from your work like leaves or something!

Thank you for this video. It is September right now and last November, almost a year ago, I fell backwards with my small dog in my arms so I fell backwards and fractured my coccyx. I had an X-ray taken because after a week, I still had pain. I was told nothing can be done without the dr losing his license. I am glad you had useful information.

She did the treatment on my tailbone and the ligaments near the tailbone. Thank god the tailbone was not twisted but the ligaments are pulling the tailbone to create so much pain. I am feeling much better now and keep strengthen the muscles and ligaments. And am taking Low dose Naltrexone 2.5 mg.makes me feel much better since I do have neck and shoulder pain as well. I have been watching all your videos and try my best to do exercises. Thank you so much for all you do for us. One suggestion for future video is Tinnitus. I do have mild Tinnitus and I do know a lot of people have it and bother by it. It can affecting our daily lives. I know this is a complex condition but I do like you to look into it because a lot of doctors don't know what to do. it can help a lot of people. Thank you so much. Kally

I had tailbone pain for years and none of the usual treatments made a dent in the pain. I saw 5 different chiropractors and two physical therapists about it. It wasn't until the 2nd PT that he made the discovery that it's referred pain from my back. Now the pain is mostly gone after treating it as back pain, instead of pelvic or tailbone pain.

I got coccyx pain after having a very painful pap smear where I clenched my pelvic floor so much I think I pulled the coccyx out of place as it has been 4 months and it still hurts really bad despite having had massage, cranio sacral therapy, and looking up stetches to ease coccydinia. I've had an X ray but showed no fracture. I'm at my wit's end with this pain!

I did not know in the beginning it was tailbone. It is more then 6 years now I have Sciatica Nerve from hips to my legs. So I thought it was from Sciatica and that's why my tailbone and my back is hurting. I go for Physiotherapy, after every 5 7 months and I feel little better. Most of my tailbone pain comes from my Ankylosing Spondylosis. Nothing much i can do about it. Unless you know how to fix it from AS?

My 16 yo daughter hurt her tail bone a few years ago on a teeter-totter and still has occasional pain. Has anyone tried an infrared heating pad, and did they get relief? Thank you.

I feel like my lupus and psoriatic arthritis affect my coccyx pain. Luckily is comes and goes. But sometimes when it comes it stays way too long.

GREAT VIDEO AS USUAL THANKS. COULD YOU DO A VIDEO ON SIGNS OF CANCER THRU THE BODY BUT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY DOCTOR. DR JOHN CAMPBELL UK HAS A VERY INTERESTING VIDEO ON
SIGNS THAT SHOULD BE CHECKED BY YOUR DOCTOR.
MAYBE WE COULD GET A CANADIAN VERSION ESPECIALLY THE CHART HE SHOWS. BLOOD TESTS DONT SHOW PHYSICAL SIGNS . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU DO FOR US!

And only a small percentage of people have pain with those, so Dr.'s tend to dismiss. Need a tailbone specialist I guess.

Nothing helps, I’m on Zolpidem so I can sleep at night, nor injections (3so far) nor cushions, nor hot/cold packs. I can walk but laying down is hell. I’ve tried every cream you can think of & mine is due to accident at work. 14 yrs & counting, dr says a clean out (scrapping bone off of L4-L5) & then screws on my vertebraes. Hell no! I exercise, I keep moving, otherwise Arthur(itis) lives w/me. This is no life but no way I’m getting cut.

I am from Bangalore, India I have L5 S1 Disc Herniation since 10 Years and Tailbone Pain since 4 Years. My age is 40, Weighs 102 Kgs with height of 5feet 6 Inc. I have met many spine surgeon they say it is minor and to live with pain. They Surgery outcomes are not good. I am not able to sit with ring pillow and stand for long hours hence not able to work and or travel in train or bus. I am always lying down and become unemployed since last 7 years.
I am frustated and don't know what to do now. I am having other complications due to continues lying down now. I feel Euthanasia or Voluntary Assisted Sucide is only options for me in life.
What to do now? I am feeling helpless. Is there is any studies undertaken on tailbone & Spine Surgery using MRI 7 Tesla and 3D CT Scan 640 Slice. Is there is any innovation in tailbone surgery which causes less complications.
