It is indeed. The owner of Germanys main distributor for tekno rc, who obviously has a good connection with them, told us on one of Germanys biggest bashing/send it events. Not sure when it will be released, but it might be earlier than we think.
@@AsurasWrath164 That's good to hear. I mean really, it's just a logistical thing at this point....parts list, owners manual and create the product listing. Everything is already done with the SCT410 2.0 and ET48 2.0. Short Chassis and Wide arms. Done!

I'm kind of new to the RC game and have yet to buy one. I saw this video and thought that it would be cool to maybe save some money and just put together my own short course truck. However, I'm flabbergasted at the price lol. This thing is almost $500 with no electronics? Is there any specific reason why?
Thanks for stopping by! Tekno is considered one of the higher end race kits available - all of the products are kits you have to build. With that, they're 100% race inspired. You'll find that the components inside are made to precision, using higher grade materials and are highly adjustable. With that, you'll also find additional durability over most RTR vehicles out there - as they don't want their racers to DNF a race from a broken part. Expect to spend the same amount as the kit for electronics, body, paint, wheel/tires. I cover everything needed in the Reveal Video. It's a process and in the end, you'll have a great RC that you built!
Will TLR bring out scte 4.0
Funny you should ask...I was looking up pricing because people were complaining about the $469 price of the 2.0 Tekno. The SCTE 3.0 has been discontinued...and in the legacy section of Horizon, it had a retail of $495. Who knows though...TLR seems to be on the decline with the exception of their 1/10th buggy program (and 2wd's). If we do see it, expect a $550+ retail
i can't find any replacement parts for this anywhere in stock... any advice ??
The two best places are TeknoRC.com and www.fiercercsolutions.com. If they don't have it, no one will. It's a brand new truck, so I'm sure it's in the works to get replacement parts back in stock. What broke?
