Damn! this is going to really be something. I have been eyeing the new 4s Arrma trucks now that they have a "center Diff". I think this Tekno will be far superior in every way. I have the original mt410 and it is so nasty on 4s. I can't imagine a smaller mt410 like this that is on 4s. I can't wait to see what you decide to compare this with. id like to see it directly compared to the fist gen mt410 and the new Arrma 4s's. Thanks for these reviews and keep em coming!
Delighted you got one, given you didn’t get the sct. I was very sceptical about this release as it’s so similar to the Sct and size wise it’s not a replacement for the outstanding mt410. So, I think this has to be assessed on its own merits as a high end 1/10 basher. Look forward to seeing what electronics you put in it. I hope the excellent sensored maxx8 g2/2250 will fit.

Out of every rc youtuber I had a bet you would get it first. Mine was shipped out yesterday. Curious on what your choice for power? Going for a 2-3s setup. I believe its the same chassis as the new sct410. Just longer arm.

100% will not dispute that for a 10 scales that is really more of a 8 scale. I had the Gen 1 in 2019 and abused the fell out of it… but I’m going with the TR MT10E or Redcat MT10E as the toughest RC car ever made ONCE the Servo saver is resolved. I live in Philly and have spent years at the skate park and I have a upgraded Typhon as well and the Australian made MT10E will out live EVERYTHING out there. It’s smaller than the Rival and way tougher, the Granite will break a rear shock tower once it gets a bit cold, and even though the Tekno probably has the best A arms EVER with that thin chassis the weight will break a A arm on the Tekno before the Redcat MT10E. It’s smaller than almost any other 10 scale MT and everything is so compact that I’ve tried over and over to break it and it wouldn’t. Well, at least Redcat promised me that the replacement was gonna be better and the new Redcat 2024 Basher line was wicked. Fingers crossed but I don’t think they’ll top the MT10E. Oh, and I forgot the Maxx. The Maxx may be the only thing tougher but it’s not fun to drive.

I want one of these, but am out of money. It's a manageable sized RC with proper components. Not all plastic fantastic. But, am getting jaded with the hobby because of the weather. It won't stop effing raining here in MI. For several years....rain. Nearly everyday! It never ever lets the ground dry. Mud. Everyday until it snows. Parking lots at night are full of weirdos doing who knows what. It's a dangerous area, and there are a lot of muggings and murders. It's like the universe is saying NO to me with this hobby.
Are you crazy, $410 for a kit that you have to fully assemble, no electronics, and it doesn’t come with the upgrade parts, they aren’t in the box for that price? What are you smoking? The best monster truck?
I’d give you 350 $ 😂😂 I can’t decide I want another RTR or the kit , I think my transmission is flexing once it gets warm , the mesh is good first I shimmed than I changed input now I’m going try the ring gear ⚙️

This is the best skate park Basher you can get. The only thing that comes close in toughness is a Truggified Typhon on 4s.
