When a narc is accusing you of cheating, it's because they are cheating. Look at what they show you and not what they tell you. Actions over words

Oh so that's why he always accused me of manipulating him

Two things I can think of why a narc will stare past you or look around when you're talking (personal experience). 1. They don't care about you so they aren't listening. 2. They are thinking of what they are going to say next and can't wait for you to shut up so they can talk again! They also tell you anything they think you want to hear just to shut you up.

I agree. I noticed my ex narc wouldn't look at me when he was lying. Eventually I also realized he did that when there was a side piece around.

@@loriewallace8922 Mine will lie straight to my face but he has a big fat tell. It's a look that flashes across his eyes and face. He still hasn't figured it out!

My Ex would say that his place was my home and I wasn't to worry about money, then when he had money problems (so he said) the first thing he did was discarded me by saying he couldn't afford to keep me and that it's best I went back home. I think this was an excuse personally because I believe there was someone else. 🍒

My ex narc is still always chasing highs, it's his religion, he even says so himself, calls it belief in wonder or some shit.

I don’t ‘think’ I have videos 😂 - word for word same experiences everyone seems to have. What was truly eye opening, was the therapist listening..
Staring at me, asking me if that has been happening the entire time I have been with him. Yea .. narcs are straight evil ..
There are toxic people, but they are just toxic - narcissism is cruel and evil .. people are just talking about it more now & have learned why gaslighting and manipulation is ..

It seems to be a big issue nowadays unfortunately, just went through it, still I’m shock of what the hell just happened. I broke up and blocked him first, because I assumed it was coming anyway from him, maybe I was wrong to do that but I’m on week 5 no contact and it’s still a struggle everyday
