      @Rajendrasinh Rana I'm sorry ☹️. There are literally thousands of methods, you just have to find one that works for you. And don't give up. Google someone named "Mooji" or "Moojiji", I found him to be very accurate and it may be helpful as well. ❤️❤️❤️

      how can you meditate? thanks in advance

    • @kandirussell5024
      @kandirussell5024 5 лет назад +1

      @@Andrei-bl5ic you focus your mind and all of your senses on one object. Other random thoughts will come into your mind while you do this but the goal is to not follow those thoughts and keep your focus on that one object. Typically you want to pick something that you could normally sense with all five sense... examples are an apple, because you can see, smell, taste, feel and hear the sound when you bite it. Or a waterfall for the same reasons. It takes practice and most often you will fail (alot) at first and find yourself thinking about other things. The key is practice and persistence.
      Those are just examples, you should find your own object for focus. It teaches your mind to simultaneously be able to not be distracted AND how to notice every thought that enters it. Good Luck and there are many videos and books out there that can help too. ❤️❤️❤️

    OK. If you want peace, you are in peace. If you don't want peace, you are never in peace. "I am not in peace"
    is just a notion. You can never be in peace if you think like this. That's all.
    There are only two things, you see. You must decide what you want.
    This is your decision. It is only your notion.
    Only a few people have understood that "I am not peace" is just a notion, not a good notion.

    Distractions at prayer?

    Very educative. I love your videos. Please allow me to interrupt. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

      works for other stuff... like pain... with which I am very familiar.. anger... with which I would like to not be familiar with... and other stuff
      I actually kinda like having monkeys 🐒 right between the eyes.. happens when I smoke that stuff.. just about every Time.. and.. no panic.. growing it in the garden is a meditation on living.. and life.. it's food.. I eat it along with poppy seeds.. you know those guys over in Tibet that look 900 years old?... they are... poppy seeds are food that can be grown in the short growing seasons of the Himalayas.. the seeds of cannabis and papaver somniferum have all the nutrients our body uses for life.. a well fed body does not get sick.. hard to kill.. and.. smoking cannabis is.. just a little bit of pleasure a few times a day for me... that's ok too.. no worries.. no worries at all.. we can feed the Planet with 2 annual plants... and there's at least 10,000 other things we can do with cannabis.. fiber, and cellulose.. it's like a great huge green oil well.. in your garden... far out man.. gardening rarely leads to panic.. no worries Master Po.. no worries at all, mate

      so... I have never actually experienced panic.. I am not aware of any reason why I should.. I feel the need to accomplish the tasks I have set for myself.. my wife worries about appointments.. get there and wait.. I tell her.. no worries.. all the time.. it's never once been a problem after we get there... not once.. When I became aware of that I quit worrying.. .. I also don't watch television.. hey.. wowy.. Peace on Earth.. turn that television off... easy peasy

      It's a singing bowl. You'd find it in any "holistic shop". Judging from your name, it shouldn't be hard to find, assuming you're from the subcontinent
