🧘🧘🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️🧘🧘❤️ close eyes and Focus on your breathing
This is absolutely fantastic! Now, I can tell ppl it's scientifically proven to help attention and emotions, but SHOW ppl with my changes! Ty so very much
6 years ago I got told that I'll never achieve anything in life and that I am an incompetent person by some family members. I am now in my second year studying Immunology and all that thanks to meditating an hour or 2 a day and controlling my emotions. Everything is there, you just need to control it
I’m trying that same practice but I have four kids and two dogs and a pretty crazy wife lol
There’s an absolutely fantastic meditation and it’s only 8 minutes long. , it’s “Mei-Ian song for pure heart” it’s brilliant if you’ve not got much time and it’s honestly blows your heart wide open, give it a wee try Chris, you’ll love it ❤️
Is it correct to use the right ear in the left ear and the left ear in the right ear? I'm wondering because my headphones don't have left and right marked separately
Brilliant information no need to grovel to any so called god just meditate and stop calling yourself a sinner
I am always pissed off maybe I should meditate

Hindu scripture proved the same 5000 years ago In Patanjali yoga sutra
Mindfulness inspired me to create my own channel - to gently remind people to stay in the present. Please take a look! I started deeply looking into meditation as someone who struggles with a constantly wandering mind since early university days. Some days are easy but most days are incredibly hard to be present constantly, especially as a student. Calm's audio on meditation has genuinely helped me become a better person and more importantly actively try to be a mindful person. Days are not easy but its the littles steps consistently that count!
"Just listen to sound". I feel maybe I could do this with ASMR soap cutting/ crunching videos.... Not sure it matters which/ what type of/ sound.
Dear brothers, please remember Jesus Christ is lord and saviour
That rat tail thooooooo. Also science!
Im leaving this comment so for every likes, this will remind me to take a rest and maditate Thank guyz
If there is any religion that would cope with modern scientific needs, it would be Buddhism Albert Einstein
I just finished playing Ghost of Tsushima and there's this side thing called haiku where you meditate and write poems based on your characters reflection of certain things such as loss, perseverence and many many manyyy other things. There is also a form of sutra playing in the background and it was an experience in which I really enjoyed.
Thanks I’ve been meditating for 7 years and a half and it stills bewilders me It’s really a gateway to the universe :)
We need more studies on meditation and yoga
Narcassits: we have so many devil ideas to destroy good God: invents meditation with a smile
Thank you on your meditative example...deatra
Sidenote: the tech with the shaved head and ponytail is SO stoked to scan the monk

you r researching the computer, software, but not the current. current is the soul you cant research the soul with ur machines its beyond the science.
Samba is a roasted barley flour that is a main ingredient in the Tibetan dish pa. Pa is made with samba, butter, sugar, and black tea. Tsampa is a staple Tibetan food made from roasted flour, usually barley, but can also be made from wheat or tree peony seeds. It's often mixed with butter tea, salt, and sometimes Tibetan cheese to make pa. Tsampa is also eaten in Mongolia and Turkestan, where it's known as zamba.

That haircut is crazzyyyyy 1:26
the part where the monk gets up is cute lol
Meditation is no so perfect. Have you seen a documentary called The other effects of Meditation? It has a lot of information about the negative effects of meditation. ruclips.net/video/gYiemaTVIc4/видео.html
Very educative. I love your videos. Please allow me to interrupt. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.
Mi piacerebbe sapere se avete misurato cosa succede nel cervello nei casi quando durante la Meditazione si ascolta la Musica Interiore ( NON fisica, NON terrena ) ? Se EEG registra l'esperienza ? Grazie 🙏
I found the viddo
Thank you
Brain without mind is just an organ.
and doctor also should go to a doctor, i think...
stupid study -meditation is but one small part of monastic life and philosophy just impossible to control for all confounding elements and none of it is generalisable to the general public.
Well done guys! Beautiful setting with beautiful scenes; a meaningful and inspiring work. But be careful though; meditation is not the universal panacea that will solve all your problems and discomforts of your life. Try it with an open and innocent mind, free from expectations and unrealistic hopes. Better start when you are reasonably well and comfortable and then, keep trying again and again without holding scores. And never blame yourself for failing for there is no winner or loser in the game.
Nice haircut. "Whatever I can get for 5 dollars"
50:50 one of the kids opened his eye and then his monkey mind Got distracted by the camera😂!
