Today is the 1st time i came to know about Mingyur Rinpoche, as i was finding a way how to meditate in RUclips, i landed on his lap and learnt a lot. But one thing struck my mind is the definition of PEACE - "Make Friends with Problem". these are really strong words spoken .THANK YOU.
