Thank you so much for the help because sometimes I’m doing multiple things at once and I don’t want my fingers covered in dough. I also don’t want to waste anything by washing my hands every 2 mins
I normally use the first method to squeeze out the puff puff and it come out so round. I have not tried the other methods, i will experiment it. Thanks for the puff puff lecture😊
Thank you for taking time and show each and evry step to make it easier. I lived in Nigeria for 6 years. My Nigerian friends would make it.I missed a lot, trying to make it myself. No my friends to pamper me.
@@CookingWithClaudy I've tried this and mine was hard, like very after I fried them. Yours are so juice and bouncy. I don't know what I did wrong.🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Beautiful my sister! I tried it with an ice scoop. I greased the ice scoop just how you did the spoon method, and it worked for me! I will absolutely try the bottle method. That is such an ingenious idea!
I love this video. I use the ice cream scoop as well...and that works. i will try these other methods soon. I just started a puffpuff mix product line in Canada and I am loving it. My product is Omoge's Kitchen PuffPuff Mix So, if you are in canada, let's hook up and get your order started,
A tip ive seen the ladies who make them on the side of road use, is to keep a small bowl of warm water next to the dough. So when you want to take a another scoup of Dough you wet your hands and then take the dough
Thank you so very much for demonstrating and the recipe for your lovely puff puff. God bless you and your family. I will definitely try all the methods. 🙏🏼
It's like a "lokma" dessert. If you pour sherbet on it and change a few ingredients, it turns into a traditional Turkish dessert. The way it's done is almost the same. the most comfortable is to cut it with a greasy spoon. For the lokma; 3 cups flour 2 glasses of warm water (400 ml) 2 tablespoons of sugar half a teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon instant yeast For sherbet; 2.5 cups sugar 2 glasses of water (400 ml) 8-10 drops of lemon juice I think you should try this dessert. I think you will like it very much.
Thanks for this. I use the 4th method but squeeze it from the plastic bag by cutting the end instead of transferring it to the plastic bottle. Grease the plastic bag with oil, pour your mixture, cut the tip of the bag to create an opening and squeeze...Still use the scissors to cut it into the oil.
I had always found it difficult to mould the perfect shape.. omo the day I learnt that first method ehnn, I began to call myself mama puff puff 😂😂 I can’t make puff puff any other way
Finally, someone who shows it with slow and clear camera angles and direction. Thank you.💕💕

Hey Claudy thank you so much fo the recipe. Is the warm water you used straight from the tap or did you boil the water a little bit?
Warm water from the tap. Warm to touch! Don't boil, boiled water will instead kill the yeast...
@@CookingWithClaudy thank you so much!
