Making something like this can be very labor intensive, but you find ways to make the work easier. Two suggestions: If you can find a small company to prepare the fish in advance, it will save you a lot of time. The source needs to be really fresh, good clean, and high quality. You can then season the fish mix to your taste and freeze in bulk. The crust is so easy to prepare, but that could also be made in advance and frozen Just a few ideas. I wish you the very best of luck with your new business!

@@favouradepeju5885 I usually do not add yeast to my dough. But with or without yeast, you should leave the dough to rest for at least, 15 minutes. You don't need to leave it to rise.
