I thought I was a pro and i made bread without kneading. I hate the mess. Then I asked why does my bread crumble😂. I am now investing in a stand mixer finally. Ill tell you. If you allow it to rise in a fridge for a day it develops that lil sourness. Thats fantastic.
@BuyiswaThangelane probably you make the flour too wet and ket it rise too high. Yet it shud not collapse. May be your wheat is weak. Give it energy when it grows 😃
