  • Hi Friends! Please join me in this intermediate level Pilates Reformer Workout where we will flow through a full body Pilates workout while focusing on getting the heartrate up through jumping and keeping our transitions quick. This session is geared toward getting the heart rate up and advancing to a more intermediate level! Enjoy!
    During this session, as always, feel free to adjust your springs as necessary for the reformer you are working on and the way your body is feeling today. I will give some modifications for exercises, but as always please listen to your body and modify as necessary. Let's go!

      Sorry you feel that way. I always give options for different or no props as well as making a point to say “make this workout your own”. That being said, there are many other workouts on my channel, other channels and other paid services that you are welcome to watch.

      Not pointless. I have a jumpboard. Anyway, she’s got lots of videos on this site that use different props or none at all. I don’t have a springboard. She has videos with it. I move on.

      It's pointless to write a negative comment because you don't have a pretty common prop. I bought mine 8 years ago and every reformer owner I know has one. She has so many amazing videos that don't require any equipment. You can scroll past videos that don't work for you.
