This was just what I needed! I broke my wrist a month ago so clearly I’ve had to adapt/ adjust my workouts. Jump board helps me get a great workout in with no stress on my wrist. ( I eliminate most of the arm work for now) Thanks for all the lower body/ ab workouts!💕
It a perfect jumpboard workout: sweating and effective but not too hard. And the abs work is properly burning. Great job Dez. Your girls are inspiring you in a wonderful way

Hi Dez! I finally tried one of your videos. I love the express format, it's so much easier to get motivated and it's a bit lie an Awaken express class. I also liked how you gave a realistic amount of time to change the springs. lastly it's so nice you too the time to do a mini cool down at the end. It was definitely a thigh burner! Juliette

I am looking into buying a reformer! Do you think having the shorter bed, you miss out on using it for standing workouts?
Have you tried the aero Pilates 608 or 557? Thoughts if you have?
Hi! I apologize I’m not very familiar with the shorter bed or Aero Pilates machine. I have a Merrithew SPX if you would like to compare, I feel the bed size is just right. If it were shorter I do think it would affect a handful of exercises.
I have a5 cord Aero Pilates with a additional trampoline to replace the foot bar with. It works well enough for me for these workouts. I also go to Pilates studio classes with a full, professional machine. There is definitely a difference but depending on how much you want to spend and how much you’ll use it, that will be the deciding factor…
