I saw a video of someone eating stew with Fufu and decided I must try it. I made a delicious lamb stew and I should have known better, but I bought a box of NEAT plantain fufu from the international market. I made it and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Horrible flavour and broke apart with no elasticity whatsoever. I am now headed to the supermarket to pick up some cassava and unripe plantain to do it right. SMH at myself. Your recipe looks incredible and I look forward to trying real fufu for the first time!
