Thanks for the receipe! I tried to mix it in a blender before but when allready cooked. This way really works. I didn’t cook it in a pot but went lazy all the way and cooked it in a Tuperware ricecooker in de microwave. It came out as the most perfect fufu i have ever! Thanks thanks thanks thanks!!!!

Love this' Introduced my mother to your Channel. She is Guynease and is now a convert. Although she is a great cook, she never really made traditional African Fufu, she made a Carribbean veriant called Cou-Cou or CooCoo for us growing up. Strangely enough, she made this version of Fufu a few weeks ago before I found this content and informed us that she made it for us as kids, but we didn't enjoy it, so she stopped. Glad my pallet has matured.
