I just found your channel! My husband is from Ghana but moved to America at a very young age. We lost his mom a few years ago and he has been craving homemade Ghanaian food nowadays. I'm super excited to start making these dishes you're sharing. Do you have a vid on how to make banku with fermented corn? Blessings!

I was suppose to relocate from Michigan USA to Ghana sometime this year but because of failing health I won't be able to go.
This will not stop me from enjoying Ghanaian recipes..
I haven't made fufu yet but going to try soon.
Happy Blessed New Year Sweetie to you and your family.

Wow!! Thank you so much for sharing this Stella!! I've been making Fufu with powder for years, but it is such a hustle to turn it and still it never comes out as nice as the pounded one (I need more practice ooo). This recipe is sooooo easy and the end product looks PERFECT! I'm so excited to try it :) !!
p.s. I have the same problem with Banku powder... It have been years since I tasted the really good Banku. So please share with us your Banku recipe too :)

Hi there, I love how you made this recipe,
Can you please tell me how is this dish eaten? I've seen it served with soup but does one tear off pieces and eat it with the soup? Or how is it eaten please, I have seen many different recipes using oatmeal, plantain, cassava or even potato but I don't know how it's to eaten.
    Thank you very much😁💕
