Thank you. When I'm doing Kraft work for example, carving pumpkins making ornaments the upper part of my back just really starts to tighten up and hurts. This helped a lot. This is the day after.
WOW, I REALLY FELT THE PULLS WHICH HELPED ALL THE STRESS/PAIN/SORENESS IN THAT AREA! I also was working on the frozen shoulder video and that was also helpful. I can’t wait to try the beginners exercise. ❤
