    Can't appreciate this video enough. No extra talk, just the exercises, clearly demonstrated with timings and repetitions. This is the best I've found on youtube for my pain. Thank you, Doctor Peng.

    Thank you so much! I have been in pain for days. Spent money on everything from lidocaine patches to weighted massaging heating pads(didn’t know these existed). Your stretches are the only thing that helped!

    Literally having upper shoulder pain in the muscles due to stress and fatigue. Tried taking pain relief meds but only temporarily planning to go to a massage therapist the next day, but saw this video and immediately after the stretches i felt relief 😭😭😭 THANK YOU! I will do this everyday

    Thanks Dr.!! Been having sore neck, shoulders and upper back, perhaps it’s the way i sleep or it is probably time to replace those pillows. This really helped bring relief to my sore neck and shoulders.

    Been having terrible chronic pain on my shoulder, in between my should blades and along the muscle to the right of my back..I just found these stretches and I am enjoying them. I hope these help me in the long run too! Thank you

    I have muscle tightness on my right neck & upper right shoulder (levator scapulae) & right rhomboid for 3 yrs. Great exercises which are suitable for my ailment. Kindly do your exercises also to side angle so I could see that I’m doing each exercises correctly. Kudos for teaching us the right way to relieve us of our body pains. Many thanks.

    Thank you. When I'm doing Kraft work for example, carving pumpkins making ornaments the upper part of my back just really starts to tighten up and hurts. This helped a lot. This is the day after.

    WOW, I REALLY FELT THE PULLS WHICH HELPED ALL THE STRESS/PAIN/SORENESS IN THAT AREA! I also was working on the frozen shoulder video and that was also helpful. I can’t wait to try the beginners exercise. ❤
