I need to thank you. I've started doing your exercises plus other back strenghtening ones and my back pain that I've had for years, have finally started dissapearing. It took 5 or 6 months to feel results but it was worth it. Don't lose hope guys!!!
@@harrybatchelor3555 The first 2 months I did these 5 times a week, after that only did these 3 times a week. I also did the exercises additionally whenever my back pain was overwhelming for instant relief.

I also did the exercises additionally whenever my back pain was overwhelming, for instant relief. I do think you need to do your own research so you will know which additional exercises will work for your problem area. I suffer from rhomboid pain.

I daily use this exercise twice per day for 3 month and finally my upper back pain feels go away.I still keep continue this exercise too.Thank you Dr Peng to share some new exercises and providing valuable content for me.
I sit at a computer all day for work and lately have been having some bad neck shoulder and upper back pain. I can't turn my neck very far and taking a deep breath even hurts sometimes. I keep asking my husband to massage it and using ice on it and taking ibuprofen, but nothing is really helping all that much. Then, last night, I looked up stretches for neck, shoulder and upper back and found this video and the first time I did them I felt so much better! No it didn't make the pain go away completely right away. But it helped to relieve it, more than any of the other things have been helping! This morning I have done these stretches probably every hour just to get some relief from the aching and every time I do them the relief is immediate and it lasts for a good 20 mins or so before I start to feel a bit achy again. I am hoping that with repeated stretching the pain will go away and I will feel much better. Thank you for these easy to follow videos and instructions!

Oh my goodness, this is amazing!!! I’ve been suffering from upper back pain for years-since 11 years ago-and it got worse after I graduated. Sometimes, I can’t even keep my head up, and it tilts to one side! I’ve been trying to fix this problem for years, trying so many videos and massages, but this is the best based on my years of experience!! Today is my first time doing this exercise, and it totally works! Highly recommended!!!!!

Last night, I was in so much pain I could not sleep. I was up and down, on the floor, in the bed, in a chair, but could not get any relief. I'm not big on meds but began taking prescription Tylenol for relief and got no relief. I found your video and have been doing these stretches throughout the day. I can lay down comfortably (still a little sore but not nearly like I was). THANK YOU! ❤

You have been an absolute life saviour after I was nearly immobile around my upper back, neck area and pain radiating thru the arms at all times of the day. I have watched your other videos with audio explanation, and I always start with the other 3 warm up stretches before doing this 10 min routine. I am having a lot of upper back pain especially on my right side due to prolonged standing and poor posture and circulation I guess, but since I’m doing this every day 2x, I started feeling better and those knots or tight muscles are getting loose and I’m loving it every day for this is my purpose of doing your exercise!!! I muck about 17 horse stalls a day and I’m really fast and thorough. I’m now in my late 30 and am already paying the price for doing this every day. This is the most helpful video I’ve watched.
