Fuckin excellent work out, just what I’m looking for. I’m gonna try it Monday. Just a quick question but, should I do my volume work (squat, bench etc) before or after my explosive/athletic exercises?
Very confused! Awesome workout but the 15,12,10 back squats said to use 60,65,&70%...My max is 405 and I was absolutely fucked after one set...and it said 60sec rest!!! Is this sadistic or did I read the workout sheet wrong?!😂

So! I was doin 245,265, and 285! Jake and these other brutes were doin 135-185!
