    I love when you guys incorporate weight lifting into the routine. I enjoy CrossFit so much but I needed a change so I started this program. And I still get to enjoy my favorite lifts 😊

    Very confused! Awesome workout but the 15,12,10 back squats said to use 60,65,&70%...My max is 405 and I was absolutely fucked after one set...and it said 60sec rest!!! Is this sadistic or did I read the workout sheet wrong?!😂

      So! I was doin 245,265, and 285! Jake and these other brutes were doin 135-185!
