    Jake can you please make 12 week squat cycle also.. The deadlifts cycle worked great!

    tbh if you are not an olylifter you can just do clean or snatch pulls without the catch and get the same effect.

    Jake, tell your clients to use as good form as you. Guy in gray did bad deadlift form and not a full ROM on calf raises. Other than that, great video! #coachhutton

    Trainer works out with you and does not even tell the brownhaired dude that his form on deadlifts and the hip thrust is waaaaaay of 🤔 questionable🤨
