tbh if you are not an olylifter you can just do clean or snatch pulls without the catch and get the same effect.

why are you including the tke instead of the Bulgarian split squat by itself?

Jake, tell your clients to use as good form as you. Guy in gray did bad deadlift form and not a full ROM on calf raises. Other than that, great video! #coachhutton
