    I think you Guys Bring Out one of the best Training methods/Plans nowadays...the Mix of funktional Fitness (CrossFit) and Bodybuilding with good warm Up and Take Care of longevity etc...Well done ..Love the content

    Is this program adaptable for a simple home gym setup? I.e. barbell, dumbbells, power rack, bands, jump rope.
    I didn’t find any equipment requirements in the FAQ.
