There's a great book called Quit Like a Woman - its amazing and very powerful. I am at 3 yrs, I look 10 yrs younger. My skin is still good at 64! I think and feel so much better, no headaches, fatigue. I highly recommend trying it. Its hard- but 100% worth it!

I‘m sure gonna get the lash cocaine and the teeth things 😃 I also wanna get Bi Oil- it has been recommended to me before, because I have a big scar on my neck after my recent surgery.
Thank you for speaking about readaptation because I’ve watched 500 weight loss videos and no one has ever mentioned it. And it makes total sense. Also just a side note I don’t understand how people can say “don’t go on a diet to lose weight, it’s a lifestyle change” because a lifestyle change is for LIFE meaning maintaining your weight…you’re not gonna be losing weight your entire life. Obviously you’ll have to diet to lose weight and once you lose the weight then slowly get back into eating normally which is for life

I’m 27 and I’ve lost so much weight, and now my filler is migrating and don’t know if I should dissolve it, and secondly due to weight loss my face skin is dropping/sagging/falling and my aesthetician wants to fill me up with facial filler everywhere 😳 I don’t know what to do
the lash serum lashcocaine is SO SO GOOD!!! I also found it on amazon and it made my lashes so long! Unfortunately they don’t sell it anymore on german amazon btw mila you‘re beautiful as always ❤
What I can't stand is perfume reviewers "setting the scene",, eg, They hold a bottle of red perfume and say "I'm in a field of poppy's, eating a strawberry popsicle, riding my red bicycle bla bla bla !!! Mila doesn't do that, she tells it straight !!

I would add flossing (I use the sticks much easier) as food sticks between teeth and instantly rots causing bad breath and gum disease. I started doing this when I got Invisalign and my breath is so much better. Also do the tongue scraping, so satisfying 😂 Goes without saying you’re looking f*****g amazing Mila ❤
