Learned this the other day from a hairdresser; it’s really difficult to grow hair past the shoulders bc our clothes absorb the natural oils at the tip/ends of the hair which is what helps it from breaking off. So it’s good practice to apply hair oil to the ends daily even if you don’t wash your hair everyday

As an 11-13 yr old, my routine consists of Glow Recipe, Sol De Janeiro, Laneige, Summer fridays and CereVe, all incredible brands!
hey! I’m turning 11 in a week and I’ve recently got sol de Janeiro. I am hoping I can get Laneige and glow recipe for my birthday but a few weeks ago I went to Sephora and wanted Drunk Elephant and the worker said it’s for “mature” skin which I completely agree with since it does have BHA and AHA which are ingredients for adults. So then I asked about Glow recipe and same thing. I’m not sure if ur aware but I just wanted to let u know! No hate 💕

@@Adhyaplayzzhappy belated! I totally agree with the worker. I only own 1 drunk elephant product. Which is the rosi drops. I only got it because my mom didn’t like it so she gave it to me. I love sol de janeiro. I have 71,68, and 62. I have 1 laneige lip mask which is the peppermint one. I love it so much! I’m also eleven. For our age I recommend all the brands I mentioned apart from drunk elephant. Also byoma and bubble are really good brands for kids. Hope I helped!

Zhirelle, all the things you got look great! I wish I knew where to even start for myself but I don’t even do any kind of skincare besides washing my face with soap and water and then apply Cerave on my face and that’s it. But it’s always nice to watch others do skincare 😊

I agree w u abt it being hard to trust viral products- as someone whos been obsessed w skincare for a long time (since like middle school lol) I find it easier to research different vitamins/serums for your skin type. For example: my skin seems to run oily in different areas so I look for products with nicinimide as it balances oil level on your skin. You can look at the ingredients on packing/websites, this way you don't waste money constantly trying products before knowing if they work or not.
the byoma mosturizer is litteraly so good! totally recomend💞
The Ouai scrub, pink lotion, and Melrose place perfume are actually all the same scent and one of my favorite scents too!
I have supergoop sunscreen and it's honestly very good, took me a while to get used to it because I switched from the Laroche Posay to that one (it was sold out where I live), the supergoop feels like a moisturizer ngl, it leaves some white cast but if you wait enough, it's good

If you wanna make your hair grow, use ROSEMARY OIL. It is game changing. I use rosemary oil with coconut oil every once or twice a week. My hair has started growing so much since then

Mielle is a great product I use it on my scalp and it soothes my plaque psoriasis! It really does help your hair grow too. Mighty patch is my go to for white heads. I don’t like shopping for trends either because they’ve become so overpriced and barely available but there’s a few that you featured on here that I’m going to try!

the sdj shampoo and conditioner is bomb. the shampoo is incredibl;e and i have never been exciteded by a shampoo before, it's what made me realise there's a difference between an expensive shampoo and conditioner and a good quality shampoo and conditioner. you have to use just a tiny bit and i have hair past my ribs.
to clarify, yes, i have been excited by a conditioner before but never by the actual 'POO.
I'm looking to improve my skin care as a teen on the younger side I use the brand peachslices face wash and moisturizer. I also use a mary kay soot treatment for occasional zits. I do not have acne currently but i am also not sure as to watch products I should try. My face is red in the cheek area so are there any redness treatments at ulta or Sephora? Any help would be great!

So I’m still young just nearly a teenager yet and I have NEVER been to Sephora in my life so my dad and his girlfriend decided to take me and her daughters to Sephora to look around me and one of her daughters nessa found the drunk elephant section and we were like “:O drunk elephant!!” And ran over there there were these teenagers with drinks looking at the section too and in the corner of my eye I saw them laughing… I have never been scared to go into a store in my life.. ulta it is now..

This is from my experience, but the rosemary mint, scalp serum, let you grow gray hair and I’m 12 years old and I literally have gray hair from that product so I really don’t recommend it only if you’re like in your 80 or something and you already have gray hair

you need to try the tatcha kisu lip mask. its the best lip mask ever for sleeping because you wake up with such plump juicy lips its magic. and the tatch dewy skin cream is also magical it is so hydrating and a little goes a long way. pricey but def worth the money
