If the actual album sounded like this it would be a fan favourite
    Separator is a masterpiece
    Can't wait for part 3 in a year's time

Separator is one of the most transcendent songs in the discography. Ed's guitar swells in this live arrangement are freakin' life-giving. On par with his work in the Videotape cut from the In Rainbows From The Basement.

Little By Little is my favourite out of this live, soooo much fun and the groove is off the charts

Ive been listening to a lot of different stuff lately, but every time I watch something like this again I remember why they are my favorite band of all time

Was literally thinking the same thing mid-reaction. These guys have helped me expand my taste in music and taught me to not be afraid of exploring new music. I haven’t been listening to RH as addicted as I used to but once in a while, these reaction videos or the occasional songs in the playlist remind me they are completely something else. True artists.

I love this session so much I like it almost as much as the basement version of In Rainbows I love how groovy it is.

I think I said this million times: took me some years to digest The Kong of Limbs, and then it became one of my favorites, one that I always come back. And yes, this album is totally about drums and bass and that’s what’s amazing about it.

I totally agree 100%. This Session really does the album the sound it deserves.
Good to see you again, Nightwalk.

I attribute it to two things:
      1. For as electronic as the album is, it's also very analog (yes, they loop stuff, but they're doing analog looping). The live performance (and all the little changes they make in the arrangements to make it live) really highlights how analog and immediate everything is.
      2. The bass. I don't feel like the mix in TKOL really did justice to the low end of the spectrum, where this recording does. The arrangements should take some credit here as well, the bass synth on Lotus Flower (and the fuzz tone on Colin's bass) here and on live arrangements since really add new dimensions to that song in particular. But I feel that effect in other tracks as well (Feral, Little By Little, etc.).

Awesome review, glad you’re enjoying the King of Limbs material more in this setting. Looking forward to the final part - Give Up the Ghost is an absolutely masterful performance.

Great stuff! Don’t suppose you’ve taken a look round the Kid A Mnesia Exhibit they put out? It’s free and absolutely mind-blowing, genuinely - would make for a great first reaction

Sometimes listening to live stuff makes you realize how great the Bass playing is TKOL and IR are probably my two favorite Radiohead albums for Colin.

Ayy! he’s back again! I really hope to see many more videos soon! (Especially the Typhoons reaction and more QOTSA stuff :D) also, as I said on the last video, I’d really love for you to react to the album Mezzanine by Massive Attack. It’s production is absolutely godly and is easily my favourite of all time, and because of that, not a single album since it’s release sounds like it at all. Plus, it’s absolutely timeless, if it came out tomorrow it’d still sound completely new and fresh.
