after the sides are done cooking flip it in 1/3 and it should be fine. if they turn into scrambled eggs you didn't cook it long enough.

I am thankful for this video i never made an omlet before bc well my dad never trusted me cooking bc of our stove being messed up and now im watching trying to make some breakfast for my husband who had to wake up at 4am and im am again thankful so i can try and help him get breakfast.

You're a saint, used this to help make an omelette with diced green peppers, diced tomato, and Mexican shredded cheese. Pro-tip; it adds a lil something to sprinkle some cheese on top as well, and it lets you ease up on the salt a bit while still having some saltiness.

Going to a film school is useless. You might as well spend that time learning how to flip burgers because that's all a film degree is going to leave you with...a job at a fast food joint.
People in the film industry value personal experience much more than a degree. I'd say to produce your own amateur films/skits alongside something like a business degree. At least you'll have a stable income if all else fails.

Add milk to eggs & mix using a mini whisker a lot to get air in it to make them fluffy. Use butter in medium heat pan & pour in mixed egg & milk, flip when top is no longer mushy. When flipped side is no longer mushy add filling and top with grated or sliced extra old cheddar or Swiss cheese. Filling: In a separate pan, sauté sliced mushrooms, red pepper & scallions in a pan with a little olive oil & add a little red cooking sherry after 4 min & sauté 3 min more.

Enjoyed the video. Started making omelets about 45 years ago, just about the same way you go at it. Two differences. Crack the eggs on a flat service, and give the omelet a bit more roll when you turn it out of the pan for an "even" look.

I make omelettes every single morning for myself and this morning i decided to see if there was a better way to do it and i found this video, which is the exact way i taught myself to do it. My mom used to flip the eggs in the pan to cook the bottom but i liked it better with the eggs just a tad bit runny inside. Needless to say i was super happy to see this and i agree… perfect way to make an omelette

@@stacyr4768 I have an electric stove, with a cast iron pan I heated it up on 5 while whisking the eggs, then turned it down to 2 for the cooking. It definitely takes a while to cook through low enough to not burn.

I was taking care of my very ill father before he passed from COVID-19, and I was able to give him a great meal right before he went into the hospital. My grandmother cooked for a living and started teaching my sister, brother and I how to cook when we were in elementary school. By time I made it to junior high I could put out a meal. I've up different things from cooks I knew in the Army and people I met in South Korea. I'm 64 and you should see our cookbook collection. Cooking is an art and a science.
