Yummy! Reminds of my grandmother’s cooking. She just used cheese and green onions. We had bistec (steak) on the side with tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion salad. It was delicious 😋
I have been cooking for my family and friends for nearly 70 years. This recipe is quite close to how my potato pancakes are made. This recipe has a couple added ingredients than mine do but the preparation process is practically identical. This video was quite enjoyable. Here in the United States we often use olive oil rather than sunflower oil. For my family, if there is bacon grease on hand, the potato pancakes are cooked in it.

Watching from UK. Anything with potatoes in gets my vote. My favourite is a simple Irish "boxty". Grated raw potatoes, salt and pepper, thinly pressed into a pan or skillet and fried in butter. Almost a rosti. In fact they are all my favourites!

Jestem z Polski. Dokładnie z Olsztyna na warmii. Potrawy z ziemniaków są pycha. Zrobię to napewno, choćby dlatego że 3/4 składników mam z ogródka. Dzięki. Pozdrawiam😊

Wiem Olsztyn jest przepiękny byłem parę lat temu dwa razy amfiteatr starówka to czym moje oczy żyją :) apropos ziemniaków jak juz tu o tym mowa to praktycznie w każdej postaci lubie z wyłączeniem geriatrycznego "pire" haha
@@MateuszMercury-ff4tx ha ha ha zgadzam się. Nie tykam " pire" to potwarz dla tak cudownego i zdrowego warzywa.
