In all the years looking for a round dog collar tutorial, video or other instructional, yours never got suggested. Idk why because it’s the only accurate, real round option I’ve seen. All the rest are round-ish with a core wrapped leather and a ridge sticking up with basic saddle stitching. So not round. TY 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Yeah stitiching is probably 80% of all work :) I got the order for 2 collars, its the second you see in video :)
@@strhandmade I want a couple of these. Can you make these with a ring on each end and no clip? Your website does not list these there. Have you ever made Apple Airtag holders? Was considering one that mounts directly over the collar and doesn't hang from the collar. I realize rolled leather might pose a challenge and may have to be constructed/slipped in BEFORE the assembly of one of the ends to be permanently slipped on. The Airtag is an afterthought so no big deal but definitely interested in the collar design I described with the two rings. I'm basically wanting to turn it into a martingale collar with another brass ring and a paracord loop. I'm open to suggestions to that end. Thnx!
would you suggest possibly adding some sort of tube or padding in the center? large paracord?
I used quite thick veg tan leather ±2-2.2mm, and a tube was quite firm. But probably kind of paracord would be good for keeping shape in future.

Miguel Velazquez measured with the rope around dogs neck to be free enought for dog. 9cm was a snap clip with ring other length is leather

Hello, i got mine A1 format matt at UK Ebay. I dont know where are you from, but i believe you can find on Ebay if you are in US. Just find where in description mentioned that its 3mm thickness, that is ok. Smaller one i got from local store.
