The Dalek Time Strategist appears to oversee Dalek operations during the Time War.
The Dalek Time Strategist is a Time War era successor to the Dalek Time Controller, and resembles the New Series red Supreme Daleks but with a purple colour scheme. The grille also contains elements of the Remembrance of the Daleks era Time Controller - a plasma globe.
